The onsen, the relaxation room and the pool outside the onsen were lovely. The staff were friendly too.

Our room containing the hot tub on the balcony was amazing. The Onsen facilities are cool but be aware of gender segregation. The happy hour where the hotel provides free wine and snacks was lots of fun.

With the hotel being newly opened, the facilities were spotless. I enjoyed relaxing in the outdoor pool and jacuzzi, admiring the sunset behind the Hira mountains. Dinner was a meat lover's dream, with every course bursting with flavor and perfectly paired wines. The next morning, we indulged in a breakfast made from fresh Omi vegetables, delivered via room service so we could savor it while taking in the scenic view of Lake Biwa. And the staff were all incredibly friendly.

Staff are nice. Location is good for relax. The size of room is vey big and the view also good. The outdoor private hot spring is excellent! There are my best experience on this trip.

Fantastic spot, fantastic staff and fantastic hostel. Very spacious indoor and outdoor communal areas, particularly enjoyed the back garden with charcoal grills built into the tables. Lovely spot to sit. Staff were very helpful during my stay.
