Near the swimming area

The onsen, the relaxation room and the pool outside the onsen were lovely. The staff were friendly too.

The bread for breakfast was delicious, and drinking fountain is available in the lobby on the ground floor.

The hotel is just a short walk from the Hamaotsu Station. Great view of Lake Biwa n the water fountain from our room

The open air bath was nice but because of the rainy weather we didn’t get to enjoy the foot and had spa facilities outdoors.

Lakeside and huge outdoor space

Amazing location, very friendly and accommodating staff, excellent facilities, gorgeous view of the lake and birds, relaxing indoor and outdoor onsen, sauna, massage chair and private outdoor bath in the room.

Helpful and welcoming staff Comfortable room We travelled by bike and storage was not an issue (outdoors/ indoors). It was near cycle path and shops to get food etc. Washing machine facilities Ice machine and microwave use
