Room was really spacious and it has a great view of the lake. Enjoyed the onsen as well. The outdoor pool has a view of the lake. Be sure to go there before sunset. Location was great. A short drive will bring you to nearby Aeon malls for a good selection of food

The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was traditional and we enjoyed grilling the fish. The public onsen was also nice.

The room was very good (an upgrade although it didn’t have a nice view which we generally try to get). Facilities were all excellent (gym, swimming pool, garden etc).
