I like everything in the room and the warm toilet seat, especially when I visited during winter.

Superior hotel! The staff is polite, and the room is spacious and clean. Excellent Breakfast was included, with a choice of three restaurants. I opted for the continental breakfast with Japanese dishes – the menu was diverse, including freshly squeezed juices. Very convenient that the hotel offers a shuttle bus every 20 minutes to the central station, which made getting around the city much easier – I used it every day. Very satisfied and highly recommend!

Hotel location is excelent, just over the Honmachi Subway station. Also, plebty of cafes, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. This makes this hotel one of my favorites in Osaka. There is also a convenience store in the second floor of the hotel.

The absolute indulgence and value for money. The setting, onsens, pool for children, conveniences , close to station, and most of all breakfast buffet.

The hotel is located in near the subway station. Easy to get to the downtown and the Universal Studio Japan.

Very clean and wonderful facilities, the pillows were so comfortable, staff were excellent the breakfast was delicious, very close to Osaka Station. The gym was fully equipped with weights machines and cardio equipment. Lots of restaurants and shopping near by

We were helped by the staff to accomate, and they were incredibly helpful.

I enjoyed the breakfast because there are a lot of choices. Great service too! The staff were very courteous. I looked forward to waking up in the morning to have my breakfast.
