It was an amazing stay. The rooms are very comfortable and impeccably clean. The location is away from the tourist chaos. The service is outstanding, everything at Jardin restaurant is delicious and the view from their rooftop bar is unparalleled. If we visit Osaka again, this will definitely be the place we stay.

Room was comfortable and well laid out with thoughtful touches. Very luxurious. Loved having a Dyson hairdryer to use as I had to leave mine at home. Breakfast buffet was great and bar service in lounge terrific.

We had an emergency situation back at home and needed to leave the following day. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to assist us. From the check-in, the staff contacted Booking to make the change in our reservation without any extra charge, to the concierge who went out of her way to assist us in purchasing train tickets. She even wrote us a personal note, expressing her sympathy. We cannot express enough our gratitude for their extraordinary service. Breakfast was very good, the bed comfortable and the shower was great. Although we had to limit our stay, this is a hotel that we shall gladly visit again.

Multi-course meals with seasonal specialities are served for breakfast and dinner at Nanten-En. Enjoyed the dinner and picturesque property provided by Nanten-en. It’s an old but well preserved ryokan nested in beautiful nature. Very thoughtful to have a humidifier that most properties don’t have!
