A hair salon and a flower shop are also available. the location and the service was just superb. if you are going to osaka to observe the sakura season, then this is a great location to stay in osaka. if you are visiting osaka outside of sakura season, then this location could be far from some of the main attractions.

Room was comfortable and well laid out with thoughtful touches. Very luxurious. Loved having a Dyson hairdryer to use as I had to leave mine at home. Breakfast buffet was great and bar service in lounge terrific.

The hotel is located in a very nice building in a strategically good neighborhood close to almost everything, but still in quiet area. The staff in every task were professional and always helpful. Most staff (specifically in check-in/check-out) know English well, and were trying to provide you with a great service. Rooms were spacious and well-furnished, with modern and high-quality amenities. The breakfast and its experience every morning was really good; it can be perfect if some more diverse bread/cheese/juices can be provided. Anyways, the breakfast hall is not that big.

The hotel’s outdoor pool open seasonally in summer offers an opportunity for refreshment, or request relaxing massage services. Multi-course meals with seasonal specialities are served for breakfast and dinner at Nanten-En. Cozy, friendly, and beautiful place with delicious meal. 10/10!

This hotel boasts 5 dining options including a Michelin starred French restaurant, as well as a large meeting room. The Ritz-Carlton Osaka is everything you'd expect from a hotel of this quality. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The staff and service were amazing. The area around the hotel was great, we walked most places and it was reasonably easy to navigate to other areas like Dotonbori.

Absolutely stunning hotel, in a great location. The hotel is in impeccable condition, beds are comfy, rooms beautiful and the bar area, Peacock Alley, is amazing. Above all, the staff are incredibly professional. Courteous, friendly and you can tell they have been extremely well trained. Moe, I think it was, who looked after us at breakfast was what every person working in customer service should be like. Can't recommend the hotel highly enough.
