The staff were all very friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to ensure we had the best experience. This also extended to activities outside the hotel as well as the services and facilities inside the hotel. We all felt very looked after and had one of the best hotel experiences at the Conrad.

We had an emergency situation back at home and needed to leave the following day. From the moment we arrived, the staff went out of their way to assist us. From the check-in, the staff contacted Booking to make the change in our reservation without any extra charge, to the concierge who went out of her way to assist us in purchasing train tickets. She even wrote us a personal note, expressing her sympathy. We cannot express enough our gratitude for their extraordinary service. Breakfast was very good, the bed comfortable and the shower was great. Although we had to limit our stay, this is a hotel that we shall gladly visit again.

Absolutely stunning hotel, in a great location. The hotel is in impeccable condition, beds are comfy, rooms beautiful and the bar area, Peacock Alley, is amazing. Above all, the staff are incredibly professional. Courteous, friendly and you can tell they have been extremely well trained. Moe, I think it was, who looked after us at breakfast was what every person working in customer service should be like. Can't recommend the hotel highly enough.
