Everything was very clean, and Guerlain amenities were still provided, which added a luxury touch. The location near Umeda is perfect for getting around, and the staff are always kind and attentive. I’ll definitely come back again on future trips to Osaka.

I like the team everybody is exceptionally professional and nice. The view is spectacular. The breakfast is superb. We all look forward to coming back on 23rd July.

The staff was so pleasant and took care of everything the moment I got out of the taxi. If you’re looking for a luxurious experience where you can forget about your life’s problems and not lift a finger for a while I would 100% recommend this location. Our room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Osaka. The breakfast buffet was also excellent and something I looked forward to every morning. I didn’t end up using the gym/spa but I took a look around and the staff was enthusiastic about showing me all of the amenities. I will definitely be back.

The hotel’s outdoor pool open seasonally in summer offers an opportunity for refreshment, or request relaxing massage services. Multi-course meals with seasonal specialities are served for breakfast and dinner at Nanten-En. Apology that I arrived late, the hotel still served us with excellent dinner and offered perfect service. We come with little kids and they were very helpful. It is very much appreciated. I would recommend to all visitors.

This hotel boasts 5 dining options including a Michelin starred French restaurant, as well as a large meeting room. The Ritz-Carlton Osaka is everything you'd expect from a hotel of this quality. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The staff and service were amazing. The area around the hotel was great, we walked most places and it was reasonably easy to navigate to other areas like Dotonbori.

Absolutely stunning hotel, in a great location. The hotel is in impeccable condition, beds are comfy, rooms beautiful and the bar area, Peacock Alley, is amazing. Above all, the staff are incredibly professional. Courteous, friendly and you can tell they have been extremely well trained. Moe, I think it was, who looked after us at breakfast was what every person working in customer service should be like. Can't recommend the hotel highly enough.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to Namba Station and a short walk from Dotonburi. I was impressed by the facilities in the hotel, the public baths in particular were great.
