A very special mention goes to Sam, who was truly exceptional throughout my stay. He organized my transportation whenever I needed, responded immediately to my requests, and always made sure everything was perfect. His dedication and professionalism were remarkable, and I deeply thank him for making my time in Phnom Penh so smooth and enjoyable. At the same time, the entire team deserves praise. Ratanak, Dennie, and everyone else I met at the hotel were equally wonderful friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. On top of the amazing service, the hotel surprised me with a free upgrade to a superior room, which made my stay even more comfortable. The facilities are excellent: a beautiful rooftop pool, a generous breakfast with an unforgettable view over Phnom Penh, and a location that couldn’t be more convenient. To me, this is by far the best hotel in Phnom Penh, and I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and true hospitality. Chaiya Palace Hotel is simply a choice of excellence !

The hotel is very peaceful and quiet even though it is in the city. I love the trees and plants and the pool is also nice.

We stayed only one night ... basically, a quick stopover. We generally book with "breakfast included". The breakfast buffet here was very good ... plenty of tasty choices. We did not use the facilities because our stay was a) so short, b) the location is so good. The hotel is a couple of minutes walk from the palace complex, a municipal park and a riverfront walk that features many (dozens?) of restaurants and fast food outlets. Our room was very spacious and well decorated Hotel staff were courteous and very helpful. We were able to store our luggage with the concierge on checkout day while we went on a day long tour. Wish we had the time to stay longer.
