A very special mention goes to Sam, who was truly exceptional throughout my stay. He organized my transportation whenever I needed, responded immediately to my requests, and always made sure everything was perfect. His dedication and professionalism were remarkable, and I deeply thank him for making my time in Phnom Penh so smooth and enjoyable. At the same time, the entire team deserves praise. Ratanak, Dennie, and everyone else I met at the hotel were equally wonderful friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. On top of the amazing service, the hotel surprised me with a free upgrade to a superior room, which made my stay even more comfortable. The facilities are excellent: a beautiful rooftop pool, a generous breakfast with an unforgettable view over Phnom Penh, and a location that couldn’t be more convenient. To me, this is by far the best hotel in Phnom Penh, and I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and true hospitality. The front desk accommodated me with a last minute massage. The breakfast had many options to satisfy everyone's tastes. The view from the restaurant in the evening was spectacular. They also made a drink for me that wasn't on the menu which was the perfect night cap.

Located in central Phnom Penh, The Pavilion offers an adult-only accommodation with free WiFi throughout the property. Service was great. The food was hot and tasty although the menu selection was limited.
