His dedication and professionalism were remarkable, and I deeply thank him for making my time in Phnom Penh so smooth and enjoyable. At the same time, the entire team deserves praise. Ratanak, Dennie, and everyone else I met at the hotel were equally wonderful friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. On top of the amazing service, the hotel surprised me with a free upgrade to a superior room, which made my stay even more comfortable. The facilities are excellent: a beautiful rooftop pool, a generous breakfast with an unforgettable view over Phnom Penh, and a location that couldn’t be more convenient. To me, this is by far the best hotel in Phnom Penh, and I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and true hospitality. Room is comfortable and clean and breakfast by the pool was tasty as well. We had a great stay at Jungle Addition and would highly recommend it!

Set in a restored French colonial villa adjacent to the Royal Palace, Palace Gate Hotel & Resort offers accommodations in Phnom Penh with views of the Tonle Sap River. The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right at the entrance of the Royal Palace and just a few minutes walk to the National Museum. The room was spacious with great views to the pool and the Royal Palace. I really enjoyed the breakfast which had a huge variety. The staff at the Pool Bar and the Skybar were also very polite and helpful.

The food at the roof top restaurant was delicious. The front desk accommodated me with a last minute massage. The breakfast had many options to satisfy everyone's tastes. The view from the restaurant in the evening was spectacular. They also made a drink for me that wasn't on the menu which was the perfect night cap.
