From the very first moment until the last, my stay at the Chaiya Palace Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. The staff went above and beyond in every possible way, always welcoming me with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. A very special mention goes to Sam, who was truly exceptional throughout my stay. He organized my transportation whenever I needed, responded immediately to my requests, and always made sure everything was perfect. His dedication and professionalism were remarkable, and I deeply thank him for making my time in Phnom Penh so smooth and enjoyable. At the same time, the entire team deserves praise. Ratanak, Dennie, and everyone else I met at the hotel were equally wonderful friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. On top of the amazing service, the hotel surprised me with a free upgrade to a superior room, which made my stay even more comfortable. The facilities are excellent: a beautiful rooftop pool, a generous breakfast with an unforgettable view over Phnom Penh, and a location that couldn’t be more convenient. To me, this is by far the best hotel in Phnom Penh, and I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and true hospitality. The location is very quiet in the posh area near the Royal Palace Breakfast is very nice, you can have unlimited refill The pool is very chill with trees and green areas, I love relaxing there The room is very comfortable and facilities are ok The staff are super friendly and very helpful. They answered all questions I have and always smile

Located in Phnom Penh, 1.7 km from Vattanac Capital, Luxcity Hotel & Apartment provides accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, a fitness centre, and a bar. The staff were so friendly, the room was so comfortable, and the pool was the cherry on top of the already excellent value. The hotel went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I will stay here every single time I come back to Phnom Penh.

Located in central Phnom Penh, The Pavilion offers an adult-only accommodation with free WiFi throughout the property. Service was great. The food was hot and tasty although the menu selection was limited.

We had a very warm welcome. It was a good sized modern room with all amenities. Good food and location. Wish we had longer to enjoy the pool.
