This place was great. The first room I was offered was perhaps a little tucked away on the ground floor, and I was concerned about noise from the pool (as I needed a really early night/was jetlagged). That said they found a bigger room at a very reasonable upgrade price on the top floor which was just perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and they happily kept a bag for me on my day of departure. Overall I was a very, very satisfied customer.

Everything is perfect. Clean room, nice atmosphere, friendly staff. We had really good. Staff provided coloring paper for my 5 year old son during breakfast. It was great service I had ever got.

What an oasis in the area of the Royal Palace. The best hotel in our 3 weeks of travel. Very spacious rooms and clean. The staff is amazing, helpful and friendly. Both of the restaurants have great food. The swimming pool area is peacefull and has a beautiful garden surrounding around it.
