Receptionist Joseph Ji was very welcoming and extremely helpful in ensuring our stay with our 1 year old baby was comfortable. Even though we had only requested a crib for our baby, he kindly informed us that a bed guard and a portable baby tub were available. My wife and I were very happy to be able to give our baby a daily bath in the tub and I’m sure our baby was happy as well. The quality of the staff members at the hotel were exceptional. The room was very clean. The cleaning staff did a phenomenal job every day. Our stay was incredible. 120% satisfied and will return in the future.
