Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. My room was facing the road, but I didn't hear too much noise from it, soundproof is ok.

The manager and staff are great. Very helpful and nice. The grounds of the property are fantastic. The high tea is a nice touch. I cannot say enough nice things about this property. From the spacious room to the small touches, like cotton rounds and Q-tips to the Dyson hair dryer, every detail is well thought out.

Raffinato edificio coloniale, camera silenziosa, ampia ed elegante, letto e biancheria impeccabili, piscina meravigliosa, ottima colazione, staff estremamente cortese. Molto gradito upgrade gratuito. Siamo stati benissimo.

Green Park Boutique Hotel is located in the business district of Vientiane, near the city centre. Struttura molto bella, con una bella zona verde e una bella piscina. La colazione è varia, ottima e fresca, il personale è molto gentile e anche al loro ristorante si mangia molto bene! Un ottimo posto dove rilassarsi dopo una giornata a Vientiane!

Dotato di un bar, One Riviera Hotel and Residences è un alloggio ubicato a Ban Souanmon (Vientiane), a 5,8 km da Wat Sisaket e 5,8 km da Ex Tempio e Museo Ho Pha Keo. This has to be the premier location in Vientiane. Great location, with free courtesy bus to major attractions. Upon arrival we were greeted by smiling friendly accommodating staff. The foyer is large and welcoming with a coffee shop. The rooms are excellent, clean, comfortable, modern, large. Bathroom excellent with great shower and hot water pressure. The toilet is fully automatic opens lid on entry and flushes. Curtains are remote controlled and truly excellent black out quality. Breakfast choice is excellent and amazing. Happy hour with a choice of beers is great, we ate in the restaurant every night and were never disappointed in the presentation, quality, value and flavours. All the staff there pride themselves on customer service and they deliver excellence. A 10/10 from me. I have extensively travelled, I would rate here as the best experience I've encountered. I could not fault a single thing.

The breakfast offered more than enough in both quality and quantity. The staff are professional, kind, and always willing to assist. I enjoyed both the continental and the traditional Laotian options. Expecting anything beyond this would be unreasonable—it reflects a lack of understanding of Laos, and indeed of much of the world. The hotel is very well located. Vientiane is a small Asian city, and although distances are short, walking during the hotter parts of the day can be exhausting. I chose to go for walks very early in the morning (around 6 am), then return to the hotel for breakfast and a short rest. After that, I always used Loca/Taxi, which was reliable, clean, inexpensive, and safe. Fares - Airport ⇄ hotel: 135–150 000 Kip, Train station ⇄ hotel: 250–300 000 Kip (depending on traffic) Hotel ⇄ city centre/monuments 55 000Kip. I stayed in two different rooms, both of exceptional quality, especially considering the economic context. Everything worked perfectly, and the level of comfort exceeded that of equivalent hotels in Australia or the United States. The manager, Mario, and the night desk officer, Rico, went above and beyond to help me with the booking and to make my stay memorable. If I return, I will certainly stay here again. You can hire a scooter, eat a great meal, enjoy a swim and the lounge, or play pool. The rooms have balconies, and three are plenty of spots to relax. The owner read kind enough to help me get to the airport for a fair price.
