Every interaction was friendly, professional, and attentive, with genuine care shown to guests at all times. Nothing felt rushed or transactional — just calm, gracious service throughout the stay. The pool area is a tranquil oasis, perfect for escaping the heat, and the breakfast was excellent, offering a great mix of international options and local flavors, all served in a beautiful setting. Settha Palace Hotel strikes a rare balance between luxury, history, and comfort. One Riviera Hotel and Residences ligger i Ban Souanmon i Vientiane, 5,8 km från Wat Sisaket och 5,8 km från Hophakaew Museum. Här finns en bar. This has to be the premier location in Vientiane. Great location, with free courtesy bus to major attractions. Upon arrival we were greeted by smiling friendly accommodating staff. The foyer is large and welcoming with a coffee shop. The rooms are excellent, clean, comfortable, modern, large. Bathroom excellent with great shower and hot water pressure. The toilet is fully automatic opens lid on entry and flushes. Curtains are remote controlled and truly excellent black out quality. Breakfast choice is excellent and amazing. Happy hour with a choice of beers is great, we ate in the restaurant every night and were never disappointed in the presentation, quality, value and flavours. All the staff there pride themselves on customer service and they deliver excellence. A 10/10 from me. I have extensively travelled, I would rate here as the best experience I've encountered. I could not fault a single thing.

Breakfast was nice with egg station and noodle station. Different pastries, yogurts, cold cuts and salads. Staff were friendly and attentive. Restaurant is on top floor with plenty of lights and good view over the city. Hotel is very new and sparkly clean. Beautiful building with an amazing rooftop space. Spacious and luxurious rooms. Free minibar (including Beerlao) was a pleasant touch. Bathroom is huge and well appointed.

Everything was more than expected. Best hotel we ever stayed at. A++++ customer service. Everyone could communicate with multiple languages. Staff were the best. Even the security was the best. Hotel smelled so good. Hotel was so clean. Rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet was more than expected with variety and the taste was spot on. The best breakfast ever for the price. Close to everything. Probably one of the safest hotel we ever stayed at. They definitely need more hotels like this in the US.

Latsavong Wanda Vista Vientiane ligger i Vientiane och har en utomhuspool, ett fitnesscenter, en restaurang och en bar. Really enjoyed the stay. The service was genuinely excellent, everyone was kind and helpful throughout. Rooms were bright, modern, and super clean. The breakfasts were delicious, with plenty of fresh and tasty options each morning. Big thank you to Ana, the front desk supervisor, she was incredibly kind and professional. Would definitely stay again.
