The villa was comfortable, peaceful, and very well maintained, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. A special thank you to Ori, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The cleaning lady did an amazing job—everything was spotless throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. We also felt very safe thanks to the security man, who was kind, professional, and always attentive.

I liked everything from the friendly lady in the reception and to my checkout. The restaurant is probably the best one in this area.

Sin duda repetiríamos!

Very clean and comfortable room! The staff were super friendly and attentive.. made me feel right at home. The the pool and garden area is very pretty and I loved the location, quiet but only a 15 min walk from the beach strip area. Also the hostess makes a yummy breakfast with the freshest fruit I’ve ever tasted! I hope to be back.

This was by far the cleanest hotel room we stayed in during our trip to Sri Lanka. Probably because the hotel is quite new, everything was sparkling clean. The rooms are beautifully decorated, very spacious, and the staff was extremely attentive and helpful.

We had an extended stay at the Lum Residence and can readily recommend the property. We loved our room, which had all the right amenities and shelving, the pool, and that there was an on-site restaurant. We loved the location of the property, approximately 700 metres from Kabalana Beach and nearby eateries and coffee shops, and a short walk (15-25 minutes) or tuk-tuk ride into Ahangama Centre.
