Iresha, the front office manager made us welcome from the start to the end. Fantastic food. They made sure that the food is with the right spicy levels so that we can all enjoy it. We were three couples travelling together and we had the entire house to ourselves. The bedrooms were super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff (especially Janakan) were incredibly attentive, lovely and made everything work beautifully. There really was nothing we lacked. The breakfast prepared by Mihla was delicious and so personal. If you are looking for an intimate and local experience then I couldn’t recommend this enough. If you prefer big hotels with a resteraunt/breakfast buffet then I think the other Jetwing in Jaffna is probably more for you.

Rooms and house looked new, clean, and extremely comfortable and had everything you needed. Other amenities such as access to the pool, kitchen or the kettle were great for our long term stay. Host and caretaker were extremely friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and comfortable. Having the caretaker Raj available on site 24/7 made us feel safe leaving our valuables at the house.

They assisted us with renting a scooter and even helped us manage a few other things. The breakfast served both mornings was delicious and homely. Also, the location is super convenient, making it easy to explore Jaffna. For the price, this villa is unbelievable value for money.
