Everything in this hotel is amazing: room, bathroom, reception, staff, pool, service… we stayed for our last two nights after driving around Sri Lanka. We didnt do too much, we didnt get out of the hotel, just walked on the beach and enjoyed the hotel and tranquility. This is the best place for relaxing on your last days. They also managed the car that took us to the airport. Thanks a lot!

Me and My wife had a truly wonderful stay at Canterbury Golf Line Residence, Sri Lanka. Everything about the experience was excellent. The staff were friendly, professional, and very welcoming. The residence was extremely comfortable, with well-maintained and quiet rooms. The facilities were excellent and thoughtfully provided, and cleanliness was outstanding throughout the property. The location is a major highlight very accessible and convenient. The residence is easily reachable from the airport via the highway, making travel smooth and stress-free, while still offering a peaceful and relaxing environment. Overall, the residence offers exceptional value for money. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the owner deserves special mention for being attentive, caring, and always readily available to assist. I highly recommend Canterbury Golf Line Residence to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Sri Lanka. and would gladly return. A truly magical stay! From the moment we arrived, our hosts welcomed us like family—it felt just like being with mom and dad. Our room was spacious, spotless, and wonderfully comfortable, offering the perfect place to unwind. The property is breathtaking, surrounded by lush trees, vibrant flowers, and a serene tea plantation. There’s also a gorgeous pool! Do not miss the dinner—the local homemade dishes were absolutely delicious. We felt completely at home and truly didn’t want to leave.

We really enjoyed our stay. Getting there was a little bit of a challenge with the car but the staff were lonely to come pick us up from the location we could come to close to the villa. The villa itself is spacious and has breathtakingly beautiful views. Loved the pool and the food that was cooked in house. If you have kids keep in mind that there are no TV's at the villa but they do have a few board games and karaoke machine to keep everyone entertained. You feel very much one with nature. Highly recommend!

Situated in Beruwala, 1.4 km from Moragalla Beach and 46 km from Mount Lavinia Bus Stand, Sunny Villa offers an outdoor swimming pool and air conditioning. Rosi, Sarah, Shan and everyone who looked after us were so amazing. Sunny Villa is in a good location, about 8 min walk to Beruwala beach, which is a small quiet beach with a few sunbeds and cafes/restaurants. A 10 min tuk tuk to Bentota beach. Our room and walk-in shower was spotlessly clean. Large comfy bed and good air-conditioning and balconies. Good shower with plenty of hot water. There is a fabulous pool and pretty garden. The whole house is beautiful, modern and has everything you would need. Breakfasts included, and our meals were delicious, fresh and very generous portions. You will not starve! Rosi and her family are such good, kind and welcoming hosts. We were treated as family, and had a truly special stay here, we will miss it all, including the lovely Billy the Dog. Shan also took us out on some local trips, and his tuk tuk, really lovely guy. We would totally recommend staying at Sunny Villa, it was a fabulous stay. We are missing being there already Thank you for your kind hospitality, and sharing your precious guesthouse and time to make it very special.

The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, helpful. nothing was too much trouble for them. It felt like they were old friends rather than employees. We were able to completely relax, drop out and destress.
