"Tranquil Wild truly lives up to its name! We stayed in a *Deluxe Double Room with breathtaking lake views* and woke up to peacocks dancing on the lawn. The staff, ***especially Anne (owner) and Amal, were exceptional,they arranged a safari to Yala Block 6 (just 10 mins away!) where we spotted elephants and leopards. The **food was a highlight**: authentic Sri Lankan curries and Western options, all served in an open-air dining area. Don’t miss the **sunset boat ride on the lake**—pure magic! Clean, spacious rooms and a serene pool sealed our perfect stay. We’ll be back!"

Beautiful property and well appointed rooms. Lovely decor and amazing food. We were thoroughly spoilt by Claire and the team at Warden’s House. The daily safaris were an excellent bonus - we saw a leopard!! We had an unforgettable stay and can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful setting! Lovely bungalows! Loved every part of it. You are not likely to see leopard but we were of course aware of this before coming. Saw a huge heard of elephants and met chief elder of the Vedha community. Super interesting. Definitely recommend coming to this magical place.

Such a beautiful spread out property with lily ponds and a well maintained swimming pool the villa was beautiful and spick and span they were focused on sustainability and many of the fruits seemed to be from the property itself

This is a great location if you want to start your safari adventure from here. The city center is also close and easy to reach. The hosts were very kind; they showed us around the neighborhood and we had great conversations. They were helpful with everything, telling us what was worth seeing in the area. We would love to return!
