Our group had 3 adults and 2 children. We spend one afternoon just idling in the resort. The pool and the garden were very nice for the kids to play around. The owner and staff were very accomodating and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious.

Anawasal offers lagoon front accommodation and yoga classes in Kalpitiya. Free private parking is available on site. We had an excellent stay at Dinesh & Shibi’s place! The location is very peaceful, authentic, and beautiful. The pool is clean and really enjoyable. The room is perfect, with a private bathroom outside. Taking a shower in the sunshine was such a lovely experience. The shower gel that smelled like holidays was the cherry on top. Breakfast is generous and delicious. We also chose to have dinner at the camp in the evenings, and it was perfect. The fish was exquisite, and finishing with a cinnamon tea was just ideal. Overall, we ate extremely well. All the staff are super friendly and attentive. It’s truly the perfect chill spot for kitesurfing. Thank you so much, Dinesh, for being such a welcoming host. If we travel to Sri Lanka again, we will definitely come back.

Dinner and breakfast were exquisite Sri Lankan cuisine. The plunge pool was welcome to cool in before dinner and breakfast. Comfiest beds and pillows in Sri Lanka! We will come again!

It’s a magical place. The food was amazing and the full day safari they arranged for us was superb. The hospitality of Aryun and team was unrivaled. You can book with one of the incredibly expensive places that come up first on google, or you can book with Wild Wadi Wilpattu and have a more personal experience for half the price.
