The staff are Soluna truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Everyone was so attentive and friendly, like we havent seen in 3 weeks of our vacation. The room we stayed in was seriously huge and beautifully decorated with a nice view towards the pool and ocean. The pool itself is well maintained and big enough to really swim for a while. Would definitely come again and would recommend everyone to visit Soluna for a relaxed start or end to your Sri Lanka vacation!

The resort was so calm and surrounded by beautiful trees, a perfect place to relax your mind. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. They even provided free bicycles that guests could use, which made exploring the area enjoyable. I truly loved the hours I spent at this resort. It’s worth more than the money I paid

Anawasal offers lagoon front accommodation and yoga classes in Kalpitiya. Free private parking is available on site. I can absolutely recommend this place. Shibi, Dinesh & the team make sure that you have everything you need, without being to pushy. I extended my stay, because I felt so relaxed and comfortable here. The food is great :)

The location is a serene paradise; when you stroll out in the morning you see peacocks and monkeys, and in the evening you can sup a cold beer and watch the forest colors change from green to purple to black. It’s a magical place. The food was amazing and the full day safari they arranged for us was superb. The hospitality of Aryun and team was unrivaled. You can book with one of the incredibly expensive places that come up first on google, or you can book with Wild Wadi Wilpattu and have a more personal experience for half the price.

Featuring free WiFi, Villa Sethawadi Hotel and Kitesurf Centre offers pet-friendly accommodation in Kalpitiya. Full service kite surf center and school, free private parking is available on site. Our stay at Villa Sethawadi was, without a doubt, the best we’ve ever had. The villa is absolutely stunning, full of charm, and perfectly located for kitesurfing. The restaurant deserves a special mention — we loved it so much that we ate there almost every single day. What truly made this place unforgettable is the people. The staff are exceptional — genuinely kind, attentive, and warm. A heartfelt thank you to Roshan, Telan, and the entire team for making us feel completely at home, and for going above and beyond to help us prepare such special moments: the proposal, a birthday celebration, Christmas and all our excursions. Villa Sethawadi will always hold a special place in our hearts, and there’s no doubt we will return.
