My first stay in Tuxtla, this is a great location located in the mall. Plenty to shop and see nearby. Plenty of room in the lobby to work and visit with others and the room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, I would stay again.

There’s really nothing not to like about this spectacular place. The staff is very friendly and professional. The place is beautiful in every way. Room was very comfortable, well decorated and had a balcony with chairs, a table and a hammock, overlooking the jungle vegetation that surrounds the hotel.

It’s super spotless clean and such a beautiful experience to stay in the middle of the jungle. The bungalows are well constructed so you can enjoy your view of the jungle and sunset with privacy. The restaurant was amazing as well.

The room was a 10 out of 10 clean spacious, just like the pictures, and I will be staying there again.

Set in tropical gardens in Palenque, this hotel has 2 outdoor pools and a Mayan-style spa. Located in a collection of charming thatched buildings, rooms feature satellite TV and a private bathroom. The grounds were spectacular, the staff very accomodating, and it was a superb experience. I strongly recommend it.
