I cannot say enough good things about this property and Maryel. We had an above-and-beyond experience. The location was great; the apartment was really nice and came with a washer and dryer; and, Maryel was very responsive and helped us navigate and plan our trip

In a prime location in the centre of Tulum, Menesse Apartments provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and free private parking. Loved the apartment layout and the rooftop pool. It’s like stepping in to an oasis. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Big comfortable rooms, beautiful quiet surroundings. Juan the host was such a great guy so helpful, all of his recommendations made the trip so enjoyable. We live in Mexico for the winter and do many road trips. We really enjoyed the locals and their inner happiness. Great restaurants, food was very flavorful and plentiful. Chemuyil is well worth the visit.

Design of the place is prominent. looks better than in the photos. Lots of restaurants nearby and in a walkable distance. We had a great time even just one night. Definitely book this place again if coming back to Tulum!!

Huge value for money. The communication by management was exceptional. They were always responsive and even gave me airport travel tips in advance of my arrival. Highly recommend

The accommodation is really beautiful and spacious, the pictures are not deceiving! Also super clean and the equipment is great. Super detailed video instructions for self check-in. Quick communication. Gated community so it feels also safe to park the car outside.
