A special mention goes to the manager, Sonja, who was truly exceptional—kind, attentive, and highly professional, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience throughout the stay. SANA TULUM is perfect for travelers seeking a boutique eco-luxury experience, combining jungle, beach, sustainability, tranquility, and understated elegance in one of Tulum’s most beautiful settings. I really liked it here! The condo itself was nice, and the roof pool and overall facilities are a great value for what I paid. The hotel staff (especially Alena and Arantxa) were very friendly and helped me with finding things to do. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Walking to the bus station is a bit far but doable. You can walk to a large superstore. The nearby highway takes you to the beaches and other recreational activities, which I used a motorbike to travel for. There is supposed to be a public bus stop within walking distance as well.

As soon as I arrived, I was surprised by an upgrade to a wonderful villa which exceeded my expectations. The furniture and kitchen equipment are all high quality. The staff was so nice and offered their help throughout the stay. I loved the location as I could walk safely to many restaurants and bars. Couldn't wish for a better stay!

There is a 7-Eleven just 7 minutes walk away.
