The bed was exceptionally comfortable, giving me some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Offering a garden and mountain view, Bonheur at Karambunai is set in Kota Kinabalu, 80 metres from Karambunai Beach and 29 km from Filipino Market Sabah. This villa is located directly at the beach with an amazing view. You have your own veranda, sun beds and a pool. Inside it is spacious, very clean and with a beautiful interior. Nathan our host was lovely, warm and welcoming. He helped us with everything we needed - be it laundry, a transportation, backbacks storage or recommendation for food or sightseeing. Thank you for this wonderful stay. We enjoyed it very much and can highly recommend it.

Hyatt Centric Kota Kinabalu has an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a restaurant and bar in Kota Kinabalu. This 5-star hotel offers room service, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. The hotel is very new, and the service is excellent. You can tell a lot of thought went into the interior design—stylish and well-executed. The breakfast is also quite good; the cheese chicken wrap is delicious, though it's not available every day. On weekend evenings, there's live music at the bar, which creates a great atmosphere. I also really liked the mystery box cocktails—they were a fun surprise.

Everything was very clean, good location, good facilities and great to have the balcony. Staff were helpful. Parking was modern.

The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make a culinary treat for dinner and breakfast. The pool in the backyard was an unexpected plus. According to Linda, the sunsets should be wonderful from the upstairs balcony, but we got to watch lightning and black clouds roll in which was also very impressive! Could have stayed longer with all the pampering we got!
