The staff were exceptional, making us feel completely at ease and ensuring we had a wonderful stay. The lodge is beautifully built into the rocks, creating a truly unique setting. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, and every detail was carefully thought through, making the experience unforgettable. This was by far the best lodge we stayed at. We especially enjoyed watching the sundowner from the top, which was a truly magical experience.

Exceptional property in a beautiful setting. We had the luxury room with private pool and terrace to enjoy drinks and the sunset. Communal pool was also great overlooking the landscape. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Great lookout point for the sunset - just wish we had booked another night!

This was our favourite campsite during our 2-week roadtrip in Namibia. The location is very peaceful and safe. The space is huge, a large private plot with a bathroom, a toilette, an outdoor dishwashing area and a BBQ area. Everything was crystal clear, spacious, cozy, therevwasbhot water every time. We could buy delicious meat from the owners and grilled it on the fire - it was great :) The son of the owner was super kind and helpful. I fully recommend this campsite, especially for those on a roadtrip with a tented car. This clean and peaceful location was such a relief after the other crowded campsites.

Huab Lodge & BushSPA ligger inbäddat i frodig grönska i Damaraland. Här finns en pool och en naturlig termisk källa. Drycker kan du beställa i baren som finns på boendet. Huab has a truly exceptional setting, being properly remote and untouched. Not only does one get to see desert elephants on a game drive with the lovely Deon, but one gets to meet desert elephants who are not used to seeing anyone else drive through but him, max once a day, so it really feels like a wild encounter! The staff is exceptionally pleasant and caring, the owners are truly fabulous people, and the rooms are beautiful and spacious. We came in November when the day temperatures were hitting 40 degrees and yet the rooms felt cool enough for our babies nap during the day, and opening the windows at night made for a very cool sleep, so the lack of aircon didn't end up being a problem. The pool is really special, and the thatch bar/restaurant area has a unique character and beautiful views. The food was surprisingly good and varied for a place this remote in the middle of the Namibian desert too! We felt incredibly welcome and looked after by the small team, which made for a very special and intimate experience, the perfect ending of our Namibia trip after the business of Etosha national parks!
