The apartment is just wonderful. The interieur is very modern, smart and comfortabel, too. A lot of equipment is included, eg two kayaks, a SUP, Nintendo Switch and life vests. The view at the surrounding rocks, Fjord, river and Feda itself is just stunning. The terrace can be used even in heavy rain and cold weather since there is a installed heat lamp. You can really enjoy your morning coffee or your dinner there, too. A lot of activities can be started at the house like hiking, swimming or driving around in one of the boats. Ulrik himself is a very sympathetic, helpful and engaged host. He can give you practical tips and answers questions quickly.

Top Floor Apartment Årossanden 5 A, que está en Kristiansand, ofrece alojamiento con piscina privada, vistas al mar y balcón. Everything was exceptional and fantastic. Everyone was surprised and amazed to see warm welcome note with wine, chocolates and Ice cream. Very neat and tidy place with all the facilities and easy access to swimming pool downstairs. Places such as Dyrepark, Canon museum , Cathedral are Not far as well. We all had a great time there and kids really had a wonderful time . We definitely recommend the property and hopefully in coming summers if there are plans to visit southern Norway, will surely stay here. Thanks Anurag

Good outside terrace areas both upstairs and downstairs. Excellent pool facility with excellent open times. Easy reach of all local attraction by car.
