Offering affordable tickets to an indoor water park and spa/wellness centre, Hotell Fritidsparken is located in Skien Leisure Park, 3 km from central Skien. The hotel was located right outside town so it was easy to get to town and not be in the middle of the city. I loved the fact it was close to beautiful trails so you could go for a walk. It was close to all the facilities from the pools, skate rink and rope climbing areas. Great property! Also I really enjoyed the fact that we received both breakfast and dinner, very good food.

First Camp Bø - Telemark is a campsite open all year round, only 500 meters away from Sommarland in Bø, right by Lifjell and with Høyt og Lavt adventure park right on the forest border to the camping... The room is extremely cozy! It has some features such as a minibar and television in the room. Extremely practical check-in. The location is in a very quiet area, at least in autumn, but perhaps it can be busier during the summer.

This 5th generation family-run hotel dates back to 1864. Located by Lake Nisser in Vrådal, it offers vintage boat cruises and free access to a sauna and indoor pool. Very kind and friendly staff. They made sure that I was able to get dinner at the restaurant before it closed, which I was most grateful for. This hotel was an oasis after hiking all day! Beautiful historic hotel and fantastic location!
