Nestled between mountains and sea, Jumeirah Muscat Bay offers true tranquility and a great sense of escaping the everyday. Quality of Food and service standards very high in comparison to similar rated hotels. Restaurants visited had great menus and service.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at W Muscat. The hotel was beautiful, modern, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was rich and delicious, offering a wide variety of choices. Perched dramatically on a clifftop overlooking the Gulf of Oman, Al Husn Hotel Muscat is an exclusive adults-focused retreat welcoming guests aged 16 and above. The STAFF was absolutely wonderful!!! I’d never been to a Shangri-La property before but do travel a lot and have seen many five star hotels so I can definitely say that they were amazing here. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the service level was completely on point as well as the hospitality. I’ve worked with high level hotels for years so I have good reference and would highly recommend this hotel. We were sad to leave and will miss it. I almost didn’t want to post this review to keep it a secret but the staff absolutely deserves 10 STARS 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Set on a clifftop in the city center, Crowne Plaza Muscat features stunning panoramic city & sea views. Fabulous property with a private beach and some of the best and friendliest staff I’ve met while travelling. The restaurants - particularly Shiraz and Come Prima - were excellent and they constantly went the extra mile to accommodate our toddler daughter and make her comfortable. We stayed for four nights and can’t wait to be back again.
