Catalina’s Hideaway is simply magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt like we had stepped into a little paradise. The setting is stunning, with beautiful design and thoughtful details that make the entire place feel special. Everything is set up so well—whether you want to relax, explore, or connect with others, it all flows perfectly. The staff is incredible; so welcoming, warm, friendly, and attentive! The food is outstanding, with different menus for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Every meal was delicious, and we kept wanting to try more! The yoga deck is a dream, whether for the daily classes or your own training session (there are even some weights available). There’s also a beach volleyball court, a stargazing area, a gorgeous pool, and direct access to a beautiful beach for long walks. Plus, they offer massages, tours, and easy access to diving centres (about 20mins away) in Santa Catalina, which made it the perfect base for our PADI certification. We also had the pleasure of meeting Ryan and Anthea, whose story and passion for this place shine through in every detail. Their love for music adds a special touch to the atmosphere, making it even more unique. The vibe is social yet laid-back, like a boutique retreat with the warmth of a hostel, but for all types of travelers—singles, couples, families, and friends alike. Honestly, everything was perfect. Catalina’s Hideaway was one of the absolute highlights of our three-week adventure in Panama, and we wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Villa Coco, in the heart of Santa Catalina, is a luxury boutique hotel and one of the most famous in the small and picturesque town. Excellent staff and cleanliness. The hotels restaurant is quite delicious. Super cool pool and tasty cocktails.

Offering an outdoor pool, jacuzzi and a private beach, Punta Duarte Garden Inn is located at Punta Duarte close to Morillo Beach. The property offers free parking. Wonderful small hotel in a beautiful natural setting. Gaby is a fantastic host, always helping and making sure we were feeling comfortable. Thanks a lot, Gaby! We'll come again.

Hotel Santa Catalina Panama is set on the beach front, 20 meters from the popular surfing spot of La Punta. This property is a 12 minute walk from Playa Estero, the sandy beach in Santa Catalina. We had a wonderful 10-day stay at Hotel Santa Catalina — beautifully managed and perfectly located right in front of La Punta, with Playa El Estero and the town centre just a short walk away. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with reliable wifi, a safe and mini fridge, plus a lovely patio with two hammocks and chairs to relax in. We really appreciated the free use of surfboards, kayaks, and bikes. The on-site restaurant, Pescao, was excellent, offering stunning ocean views and a fantastic infinity pool. A big thank you to Raphael, Daniel, and Eliana for their warm hospitality and for making our visit so memorable.

It truly feels like a hidden gem on the Pacific coast of Panama. From the moment I arrived, the owners and staff made me feel completely at home — warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The room was very well design with elegant touches and comfortable arrangements, with a cozy bed and soft pillows that made it easy to fully relax and rest. You could hear the monkeys and a variety of birds in the morning and throughout the day. The food was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care. And the sunsets… simply gorgeous. Watching the sky transform into shades of gold, pink, and deep orange each evening was magical. The night sky was also stunning. The whole experience felt peaceful, intimate, and special. If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful place to disconnect and recharge, this is it. I can’t wait to return.

Very modern, clean and comfortable. Shower had great water pressure and the kitchen was well equipped. Great location with an easy walk to each beach and restaurants.

Objekt Catalina Cabins nalazi se na manje od 1 km od znamenitosti Plaža Estero te nudi vanjski bazen, vrt i klimatizirane jedinice koje sadrže terasu i besplatan WiFi. To be honest, the property in reality looks even better than in the photos :D The location was super for us. It is in the middle between the beach and the center where you can find all the shops. The place is clean, private mini kitchen, where you can prepare some food. The owner was nice, he offered some tips and was supportive. The pool which shared with other rooms, but were not crowded and the water was on the perfect temperature.

We were made to feel right at home. They went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The picturesque location is awe-inspiring!
