The location is ideal for day trips to Volcano Misti and to the Colca Canyon. Wonderful stay , super spacious rooms with great big comfy beds . big modern bathroom with lots of nice toiletries . Breakfast was the best we had on our 2 week Peru trip , so much variety. There is a sauna and steam room that can be used free of charge for 45 minutes, just need to book it. The pool area was great to relax and soak up some sun rays . You also get a welcome drink at the bar , a delicious pisco sour ! Now the best thing about this hotel and the reason why I would go back in a heartbeat is the FANTASTIC staff!!! They are smiley , friendly, polite and always ready to help . Every single one of them Is attentive without being too much . I can’t sing their praises enough , they really have looked after us like royalty

Accommodation for disabled guests is also available at the property. Tidy apartment complex in Arequipa. You'll need a taxi/Uber to get to the historic center, but it's not far. The apartment itself is a little bit smaller than I expected from the photos, but good enough for 2 people. Note that there were no shampoo etc provided as indicated on the photos. We used the laundry and gym facilities. Laundry was a bit of a hassle because you need to ask the concierge for the time etc., but overall it's convenient to have this possibility (just needs some planning). The property manager is very responsive on the Booking app and the people on site are very friendly and helpful.

All villas at Las Casitas, A Belmond Hotel, Colca Canyon are designed with care. They each feature a private terrace with a marbel heated pool with views of the canyon and gardens. In addition they have a spacious bathroom, 3 showers and glass-cielings, allowing guests to stargaze as they shower. Beautiful hotel in a dreamy setting. Food was incredible, the spa was the best I’ve been to, all staff members super helpful and nice. A fee complimentary activities such as pisco sour lesson and feeding alpacas were great to have. The size of the room, the cleanliness and attention to detail top notch!
