Tambo del Inka, a luxury establishment located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, is the only hotel in Urubamba that has a private train station with connections to Machu Picchu. This was our second time to go to this hotel. I like so much the rooms, the huge common spaces and the wellness. The coffee machine in the room is a real extra. We traveld to Machu Picchu with the train (from the hotel’s train station) - it’s very comfy.

Henry was our host and he is the absolute best. Beautiful place. Very clean rooms. Located on fruit farm so I picked a ton of fresh fruit and ate all that I wanted. Fresh water pool was amazing. Incredible restaurant is only a 5 min walk away. Highly recommend staying here.

This boutique hotel is stunning with so much attention to detail, beautifully cared-for gardens, a stunning swimming pool, and a lovely spa. Such a special place! I read in advance that there is no restaurant (just breakfast) therefore we prepared in advance, I'd recommend doing that or speaking with the staff before arrival about what could be available because you may not want to leave until check out!
