Each bedroom has its own bathroom and AC. It is very clean and uptodate. It is very quiet in the area which I really liked. You are 10 minutes from the city center of Papeete and great food facilities. Carrefour is 5 minutes from the location. You should have a rental car to get around. Also, all contact with the property owners was handled in a timely manner, and they were very friendly.

The stay with John and Patricia at Au Soleil Couchant was extraordinary! Everything was beyond expectations. The accommodations were safe, clean and amazing. The view will take your breath away at sunset. If you are into loud parties, loud music or arrogance, this is not the place to go. If you seek warm hospitality, safety, cleanliness, and quiet, this will be heaven. We were given an option for a breakfast for an additional charge. The breakfast was delicious and far more than what we could eat. I have stayed at many locations around Tahiti and this may be the absolute best.
