We stayed in Premier River View room 1 and it was beautiful. The room is huge with a balcony overlooking the river, from which we saw lots of birds, bats, butterflies, bats, lizards and fireflies. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. All of the staff were incredible and all knew our names and which room we were in- Christy, Silva, and Margie on reception were absolutely amazing at their jobs and so helpful. We did the firefly tour, took kayaks out on the river and ate in the restaurant a lot- food was really good. One evening children from the local high school came to perform some traditional dances which were brilliant and so much fun The grounds are beautiful and well kept. We have stayed all over the world and this is one of the best places we've ever been. Everything was just perfect, we were really sad to leave and definitely want to come back!

Despite checking in late at night, the staff were incredibly accommodating and guided me seamlessly through the process. The property itself is very well-maintained and spotlessly clean, which added to the overall comfort. The caretaker was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests, making the stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a hassle-free and welcoming place to stay.

The room is simply amazing, huge, utterly clean and a beautiful modern bathroom with spotless amenities. Located in a beautiful garden the large window front is amazing with a view from the bed into the garden. It's located on the way to chocolate hills. There is a beautiful pool although I had unfortunately no time to enjoy it with a lovely coffee corner. Small restaurant also located amidst the garden. Lovely dog!
