It is extremely well done. The breakfast, conference and dining areas are historic halls, and the indoors swimming pool is drop dead gorgeous. The breakfast is exceptional. The room we stayed in (couple with two toddlers) was huge, and the room faced the exceptionally quiet and quite scenic inner courtyard. It was a 10/10 for us.

The room is very comfortable, location close to city center by foot, all new and lovely decorated, extremely clean. They were very nice, we arrived earlier with almost 2 hours and they allowed us to check-in. Private parking on site, inside their property.

Super help from our server for supper. John our server not only made our evening feel very special but he also made some wonderful suggestions for the rest of our trip including somewhere to find some cheese that we enjoyed with our supper. We both found the cod main course splendid. Your staff made this short stay for us feeling relaxed and ready to continue our journey.

I appreciated the location being a short drive outside the city center but close enough to enjoy all that Coimbra has to offer. Edgar was so kind, extremely helpful and really made my stay special. The renovation of the family home is very stylish while remaining respectful of the home’s history. The attention to detail in my room and throughout the home is one of the best I’ve seen. Don’t forget to look up and admire the detail of the ceilings! The breakfast was always fresh, delicious and plentiful. I especially loved the fresh farm eggs made to order as well as the orange juice squeezed from their groves out back and the fresh baked cakes. I highly recommend Oryza for your Coimbra stay and cannot wait to visit again.

Regarding our heated indoor pool/relaxation circuit, it's use implies the mandatory reservation of the space for private use (limited to 45 minutes per apartment / per day), its use has an additional cost. amazing team and amazing place! from checking to to checkout everything was simply perfect!

The host was absolutely fantastic. So accomodating and gave us such good advice about what to see and do in and around Seia probably the best host we’ve had on our travels so far throughout Europe. The apartment was great, had everything we needed and breaky was delicious the next morning.
