We booked a massage (very reasonable prices for a 5 Star hotel, not overpriced) and Vania just has magic fingers. The reception also told us that she won a price with her work, no surprise. If you ever stay here book a massage, i can really recommend.

The staff at the reception were very welcoming, and the sangria at the hotel bar was delicious.

Regarding our heated indoor pool/relaxation circuit, it's use implies the mandatory reservation of the space for private use (limited to 45 minutes per apartment / per day), its use has an additional cost. It's a prime location in the heart of the delightful city of Viseu. The apartment is in a historical building, full of well preserved character. Everything is in a few minutes. But what we loved the most was the charming young lady who met us! Friendly and warm and so helpful with all the information we could ask for.
