Overall, our stay at this hotel was good, with clean facilities and friendly staff. However, there were a few drawbacks that impacted our experience. Firstly, the price was a bit overpriced considering the location. The hotel is quite remote and far from any supermarket, which made it inconvenient for getting supplies. Additionally, our experience at the pool was less than ideal. Some other customers were very loud and disruptive, making it difficult to enjoy the pool area. The pool itself is not very large, so the noise and crowding significantly detracted from the comfort of the experience. Despite these issues, we still had a pleasant stay thanks to the hotel's overall quality and the attentive staff.

The wonderful warm welcome from the owner and all the team made this a very special stay. Attention was genuine, personalised and authentic.The extras giving us a coffee on arrival, letting us check in early and giving advice on where to go in the area and flexibility on an earlier breakfast because of an early departure were all very kind. A beautiful pool to watch the sun go down and the friendliest dog in the world to keep you company.This is a perfect place to base yourself for a few days and explore the wonderful countryside of Serra Estrella- cool and bright in summer I am sure it will be a cosy haven in winter.

Nothing. Although we booked for 3 days, we moved on straightaway. The host/owner understood our concerns and promised to reimburse the money which she never did. Huge disappointment, it is a fraud.

Amazing stay, we reserved just an hour in advance because another house was really bad. Even in winter the house was very warm and comfortable on arrival, great space an view. Definitely will come again!!
