Hotels with Pools in Guarda

If you are passing through Guarda and are looking for a very comfortable hotel at a very reasonable price then look no further. It is a clean, spacious, and comfortable hotel, and the breakfast is outstanding. We had a lovely one-night stopover on our journey between Lisbon and Zaragoza.

The staff were amazing very helpful, they spoke good amount of English, The location of the property was amazing, if u have a car it would be perfect everything is 5 mins away by car. it has a good car park. Breakfast was amazing. I recommend going Parque Da Cidade (free peaceful park)

Amazing views, comfortable. Like being at home. We stayed in the new building and the pool is at the old building just some minutes walk. It’s peaceful. The Bfast was very nice and you can also use the kitchen and facilities. Nice and spacious living room downstairs with a bathroom. I saw everything very clean. The bedrooms are clean and nice.

The apartment is amazing. Also very comfortable in winter with hot water and heaters

The location is perfect. In the middle of a small valley, far from towns and villages. It is quiet, relaxing, comfortable, very well kept. The whole precinct is very nice, with pool, sheep grazing below, and cats playing around. The room has all amenities, well equipped kitchen, well furnished. The bathroom is nice and spotless. The fireplace is very pleasant, specially on a cold rainy day. I reached the place walking, it's a 10 km easy walk, no problem unless one has mobility issues. Two kilometers uphill the quinta is village Trinta which has bakery, pharmacy, and a small village shop with the sweetest granny that has ever sold cheese to You. Overall, the area feels very authentic, I very much enjoyed walking through the countryside and the villages.

Quinta do Borges was a beautiful, peaceful, rural location, but was also close to Guarda so all amenities were close by. Apartment Quinta do Borges 2 is a lovely, but very quirky property. The bedroom was spacious and warm, with a large and very comfortable bed. The en-suite bathroom had an excellent shower. The kitchen was quite traditional and the layout took a bit of getting used to, but had everything you might need for self-catering. The hosts, Fátima and Fernando, were very friendly and helpful and were on hand next door, had we needed them. We didn't have as much time as we wanted to explore the grounds but we would definitely return for another stay in the future and hope to explore more next time.

Amazing stay, we reserved just an hour in advance because another house was really bad. Even in winter the house was very warm and comfortable on arrival, great space an view. Definitely will come again!!

The hosts/owners were wonderfully welcoming and helpful. We were there for two days and two Nights for a wedding and they gave us and our 3 kids a lift to the wedding, very kind.
