You can take a swim in the heated indoor pool, relax in the hot tub, use the dry and wet sauna or the fitness room.... We liked the closeness to the mountain attractions, the classic architecture successfully complemented by modern facilities, the cleanliness, attention to every detail, the restaurant, the amazingly curated artwork both in room and common areas, the prices and the comfortable bed and bedding.

The 4-star superior Kronwell Brasov Hotel features a stylish à la carte restaurant, state-of-the art facilities, and free WiFi. They took good care of us, additional evening room service was offered. Tea and cookies provided complementary every evening, well needed after a day out. Staff were very helpful with any queries we had.

Hotell Alpin Resort asub Poiana Brasovis, suusanõlvadest 10-minutilise jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Hotelli külastajatel on tasuta juurdepääs 25-meetrisele basseinile. We stayed in the apartments section of the hotel. The apartment itself was huge, with two bedrooms - each with its own bathroom - and a very spacious living room. Once we figured out how to adjust the radiators the atmosphere inside became wonderfully comfortable, especially with the towel warmer as an added bonus. Breakfast was excellent, offering a large selection of food and running conveniently from 7:30 to 10:30. We also booked treatments at the hotel’s spa, which we enjoyed very much and found to be fairly priced, with the only real downside being the lack of snow, though of course that’s not something the hotel can control.

It was spectacular.

Whether you’re visiting for skiing, hiking, or simply to unwind, Swissôtel Poiana Brașov is the ideal destination. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to our next visit!
