The view from the 5th floor cannot be beat, it is the highest floor and the mountains look gorgeous. The room is modern and comfortable, the bed is comfortable and the shower is good. The pool is heated and has a jacuzzi in the pool, also another jacuzzi in the spa area, as well as a steam room and sauna. The restaurant food is good but way overpriced. The inclusive breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and helpful. The parking on the 4th floor is convenient when your room is on the 4th or 5th floor. Hotel is only a minute walk away from the telecabin and a few min from the gondola. Beautiful mountain location.

Hotel Yara has amazingly kind and helpful staff, and a great SPA center for which the access is included in the price per night. It was me and a buddy that traveled to Viseu for work purposes, and chose this place because the photos looked great and we specifically wanted to try out the SPA since we're big fans of that. It did not disappoint. It's pretty great, honestly. There's a generous parking lot, the breakfast is traditional/classic inspired, it's not abundantly diverse in options but it has quite a lot of stuff and they're all delicious. The room is very clean, comes with a balcony and has a very nice bathroom and a SmartTV. I really am looking forward to coming again, can't wait. The SPA center is bliss, if you're into this kind of stuff. P.S. The owner, I believe his name is Mr. Lucian is very kind and I could tell he has a nice sense of humour. Him and the staff were very understanding with our situation since we arrived late in the night. I was and am grateful for that.

We loved everything: location, pool, sauna, clean rooms, good coffee, tasty breakfast, kind personelle, comfortable bed. They provide bathrobes, extra towels for the pool, a bottle of water was waiting for us in the room. We recommend!

Situated in Borşa and only 29 km from Horses' Waterfall, Pensiunea Ioana features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. Host was very friendly and discrete, felt like a home away from home, swimming pool perfect, and rooms were clean and cozy. Lots of amenities for a barbecue or just to sit and relax with fiends. Lovely garden and all surrounded by nature. Big kitchen with all you need to make your own dinner and keep your drinks cool. 10* I recommend it. Thank you!
