The breakfast is so tasty, so many choices, the staff is super accommodating, friendly, professional, willing to help with whatever you need. It has valet parking and a garage. The pool area is very clean and offers complementary water/fruit water. We were welcomed with a drink upon arriving and sweets in the room. The cleaning ladies are doing a great job every day, even if you call for them later in the day (had our room cleaned on the second day after 3pm while we were at lunch). All in all, one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Big thanks to our concierge Miloš who made sure we had everything we needed and much more!

The breakfast was excellent, diversity of national cuisine, on the level for the hotel of five stars. Restaurant a la carte also has good dishes. Pool was good, but often crowdy in the period from 6pm to 9 pm. The appartement was cozy and spacy, good bed and modern. The location is 15 minutes walk from the center.

The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered stunning views. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided made it feel like a true luxury experience.

The hotel is truly wonderful – warm and welcoming everywhere you go. The room was very comfortable, the Wi-Fi was excellent, and the food was delicious. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the staff is friendly and always ready to help. The hotel also has parking available, which is a great convenience for guests. The SPA center is excellent, offering many facilities – a jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, salt room, and great massages. There is also a restaurant within the hotel where you can order anything you like. The location is perfect – close to the city center, about a 5-minute walk, and there is a Lidl right next to the hotel. Highly recommended!

Perfect location, 10 minutes walk to shops, lake or market. Staff is extremely professional and nice, ready to go an extra mile to assist guests. Apartment was ellegant and yet very cosy. If one asks in advance there are apartments that accept pets. Spa is clean and spacious. Highly recommended.

Hotel has a very nice location. It is easy to find. You get a free parking space which is very important on Zlatibor( it is very crowded and finding a parking space is sometimes impossible) Staff is ver polite, very helpful and very professional. Check in went very smooth and quick. Our room was very modern, very well equipped. Modern bathrooms with glass walls. Very big room. You have a mini bar with everything that you need. There is also a tea and coffee maker in the room. Bed is very big and sooooooo comfy. We slept like babies. 360 Sky Restaurant is very very nice. Nice view. Very modern. Pool area is so nice, big and modern. We enjoyed swimming and jacuzzi. Salt room and various saunas are very nice and enjoyable. Breakfast was very rich with choices. Very tasty. Dinner was also very nice and tasty. So many food choices. We were very pleased and this hotel is for every recommendation. We will visit it again.
