Location, stunning settings and building, amazing pool, and nearly impeccable staff service who were friendly, kind, and helpful. Remarkable experience exceeding my expectations. Safe for a solo female traveller. For a nightcap, the gorgeous bar ( with mixology service ending at midnight but other alchool served until 2 AM) was very convenient. I simply cannot see myself coming back to Visby and not stay at the Clarion Wisby again. Hotel crush in Gotland!

The hotel is a high standard hotel with classy rooms and a classical open buffett, rich breakfast and is very close, only a block to the beautiful coastal line and also a 10 minute walk to the historical center of the city. It is a beautiful spacious hotel.

Among the various facilities are a garden and a terrace. The hotel features a hot tub. Fantastic stay. Rooms were well equipped and laid out well. Everything was immaculately clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. Best buffet breakfast I've ever had. Location was good - about 15 mins walk into town. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again!

The pool house features a large pool with massage jets and a waterfall shower, and spa treatments can be booked on site. Children will appreciate the playground. The size of the apartment was great travelling with a small child. Bathroom was great size and it was good to have a kitchen available. The pool was close by and it was nice going there for a swim. The summer working staff were pleasant and very helpful. The gym was well equipped.

Other facilities at Fårösund Fortress include a sauna, and an indoor swimming pool. I loved the building itself, and I enjoyed the comfy bed. Breakfast was delicious, and the person running things was pleasant.
