Michelin starred DAM Restaurant situated in the hotel is something to be experienced! It is helmed by the charming chef Uroš Fakuč and every course is personally supervised by him; mouthwatering seafood prepared to perfection! And highly recommend getting the wine pairing; Uroš pairs every course with wine from the region. The meal was so good, we went back the next night; chef Uroš prepared a seven-course meal just for us so that we didn’t have to eat the same thing twice! Talk about personalized service. If you are visiting Slovenia, especially the wine region, there is no reason to look any further than Dam Boutique Hotel and Restaurant!
