Maison Fimela - Boutique Hotel features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, a garden and restaurant in Fimela. I booked Maison Fimela after travelling in Senegal for two weeks, wanting to end the trip by visiting the UNESCO listed Saloum Delta. I’m very glad I did. This was the best accommodation I stayed in, with the best food and hospitality of the entire trip. The place feels like an oasis for birdwatching, and I especially enjoyed meditating and listening to the birdsongs. Nature focused travellers will love it, and the Saloum Delta itself is not to be missed (although I saw more birds in the lagoon in front of the hotel than during my delta excursion) Chloé was very helpful in organising my excursions and arranging a taxi to the airport. I have no complaints at all and was very happy with my stay.

A recently renovated bed and breakfast set in Ndangane, Campement Houefa features a garden. The property has garden views. The bed and breakfast features family rooms. The property is located at the edge of Ndangane. Because there are no other properties between theirs and the Sine-Saloum Delta we noticed more wild birds here than anywhere else in Ndangane. The accomodation is exceptional and our room was lovely - great shower as well. It's about a 10 minute walk to the Main Street / jetty. We must not forget the most important person, Marie-Augustine. We had read about this lady in other reviews and they were correct. What a lovely, kind person. Nothing is too much trouble. We asked if we could meet a local family and Marie-Augustine organised this. We learnt more about local life and had a meal with the family. What a fantastic day. If we ever venture here again we wouldn't stay anywhere else. Last but not least Vincent & Nicolas also made us feel welcome at Campement Houefa.

La Maison Blanche is set in Ndangane. This apartment has a garden and free private parking. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a year-round outdoor pool. The best place I stayed at in Senegal. The room has a super-comfortable bed, a fully equipped kitchen, fridge, private bathroom and a little area to sit outside. The pool is great to refresh after a stroll through the town. Best of all are the owners - so helpful. The price is unbeatable. Highly recommended.

Set in Bani, 23 km from Fathala Wildlife Reserve and 49 km from Niumi National Park, La Teranga Toubacouta offers an outdoor swimming pool and air conditioning. Best staff, breakfast and lovely place all small decos. Loved the hospitality :)

Offering pool views, LE 17 to DJIFFER in Palmarin offers accommodation, a private beach area, a bar and a shared lounge. Very nice stay! Very warm and welcoming. The room was beautiful. Very comfy beds. Nice pool. Delicious food. They tried to help us with everything. The staff were very friendly. They arranged a boat trip for us at a very fair price, during which we saw the impressive mangroves and visited isolated villages, such as Falia. It is very well located, easily accessible, and close to Djiffer, which is really fun to see around 5 PM when the fishing boats return. Conclusion: an absolute must if you want to stay near Djiffer!

Villa Kounzo offers beauty services and a steam room, as well as air-conditioned accommodation in Ndangane. Everythiiiiing: The owners were adorable, some of the most positive and good-hearted people I ever met. The room/bungalow we had was amazing and very functional. The staff is very nice and caring. The pools were very clean as well as our room. It looked like paradise on Earth. It was so relaxing to be there, I wish we had stayed longer. They took the time to even book us some day trips with some tourist guides they know, and we were not disappointed. They took very good care of us, and we had some unforgettable moments and lifetime experiences. The owners trusted us with the drinks, and we felt like home, just like the meaning of the word KOUNZO. Please take the time to sit and chat with the owners as this is - 1st of all - not a typical cold B&B but rather a big warm international family. 2dly - they are so knowledge of life and have a couple of amazing stories to tell. So get the right spirit while visiting them, not matter if you go with your partner, a group of friends, or your family. We left our hearts there and with eyes full of tears of joy. Offering an outdoor pool, Souimanga is located in Fimela. At Souimanga you will find a garden, a terrace and a bar. Free Wi-Fi access is available in this lodge. Extremely peaceful setting, rooms are equipped with the necessary amenities. Air conditioning works and is cold. Staff were friendly, super helpful, and a pleasure to interact with. We felt so well taken care of. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

La villa sur la plage is situated in Palmarin and has a private pool and sea views. The best food we had in Senegal: authentic and at a reasonable price. Friendly and welcoming staff. Special thanks to Maryam for entertaining our daughter the whole duration of our stay.
