I have to give a huge shoutout to the staff at this hotel—they were incredibly polite, respectful, and always willing to lend a hand. From the moment we arrived until the moment we checked out, their hospitality exceeded our expectations. We absolutely loved the pool and breathtaking views; I could have spent hours just taking it all in. The breakfast was varied, and the staff even surprised us with ‘belated birthday’ pancakes—an incredibly thoughtful gesture given that our birthdays had recently passed. The rooms and facilities were everything we needed. The reception staff were thoughtful, organized, and ready to assist with anything you needed. What really made the experience feel like home were the wonderful people working there.

This resort also has an on-site tour desk. All staff members were extremely nice, the location is fantastic, I enjoyed a cocktail at sunset every evening. Room was very cozy and clean. I used the outdoor gym for my workouts and it had all I needed. The food is delicious and for very reasonable price!

It features large outdoor pools in tropical gardens, a day spa and Fitness Center. The layout and site was amazing. The breakfast was great, a good selection and variety. The pool was maintained and clean.

The place is beautiful, especially the views from the swimming pool area. You can experience a comfortable stay being surrounded by nature. At the same time we never saw monkeys coming to the hotel premises which is a big relief so we could leave our swimming suits on the balcony to dry without worrying they can be taken away by monkeys. Breakfast was filling and delicious. The area is elevated which makes the hotel the safest place in the area in case of tsunami. Also, there are free shuttles running backwards and forwards the whole day so it was quite easy to move around Railay.

This luxurious resort on East Railay Beach in Krabi is surrounded by the exotic mountain landscape and emerald waves of the Andaman Sea. A 15-minute boat ride from Nam Mao Pier, it has an outdoor pool and rooms with views. Super vibe, great location, lovely room. We loved the swimming pool. We stayed here for 2 nights with our 3 year old and we had the best time. The rooms were quiet and clean and the beds were very comfortable. Right next to East pier and about 10min slow walk from Railey West. We would choose to stay here again if we return to Railey.
