Special mention should go to the staff who were fantastic.

Canadian family of four, needing a break (and fresh air) from Bangkok. We had a wonderful time at the Vala and felt welcomed from the second we arrived. I had sent a text ahead of time indicating that I had to follow a very complicated and strict medical diet due to cancer complications. The minute we arrived to our room, a staff member (P’Jib) from the restaurant came to see us and seek details about the diet. I was told that they would absolutely accommodate and they did, for 3 meals a day during the entire stay. The food was wonderful and I felt welcomed by all staff the entire time. To think that I had almost cancelled the trip because of this strict diet, assuming that the hotel would not want or be able to cater to this added complications. This place is a gem, so is P’Jib (I hope I am spelling her name correctly!) and all the staff at the restaurant, the reception desk and the cleaning crew. My only regret is that I wasn’t able to see P’Jib on our final day there in order to hug her one more time and let her know how much her kindness meant to me, (it was more than about the great food), and that her level of empathy for the difficult health journey I was on had been a breath of fresh air.

It was my 1st time staying in Cha am / Hua Hin with my wife, Mum & sister. The facilities were superb, the room we booked but we were given an upgraded suite & it was exceptional, the staff at baba beach club couldnt do more for us, the staff really make this resort what it is, the level of training they have been given by the company is just incredible & I have to say. .credit is due to all the staff & senior management of Sri Pawan for exceeding our expectations at baba beach club

My second time here, great for people looking for peaceful vacation. If you still have butget, the beachfront room is really worth. Breakfast here is the best!

Enjoying a scenic location on a large private beachfront, Veranda Resort & Villas Hua Hin – Cha Am, has a beautiful infinity pool with enormous sunbathing space. All the staff and room was perfect. Absolutely amazing. Radek Zeman (room 605). I would like to specially thank to Fon and Cream at desk reception for perfect service a help. 😉

I absolutely adore the pool and slide! The rooms are fantastic, too. The house is stunning, and the delightful fragrance inside just lifts my spirits. It feels so clean and inviting. I had a wonderful time there. It is a place I will definitely go back to. The place is beautiful, there is a swimming pool with both cold and natural water temperature. I could see the sunset and the mountains there. The room and outside were very clean. The owner is kind, funny, can speak English, German and Thai. They also allowed us to host a party there.
