The breakfast was sensational as was the service - could not fault. The rooms were lovely, the hotel is in an excellent location. We made good use of the bicycles to cycle around town and in addition the shuttle back to the station. Ate at the Amore restaurant and once again the choice and quality of meals was superb as well as the service absolutely brilliant! Loved the swimming pool too - cannot fault this gorgeous hotel.

This resort was incredibly well organised. A lot of work was clearly put in to make it nice and accessible for everyone. There’s lots of pretty spots. A perfect place for someone who wants to relax in the resort. The restaurant has good food also. It is a bit pricier than other places but you can see why and definitely get a good treatment. We are English speakers and the manager spoke great English back to us and ensured we were accommodated. Would recommend definitely - especially if on a pit stop on going through Phitsanulok.

We had a lovely stay and highly recommend. The hotel is charming and takes you back in time, the staff were wonderful and the food was great. One of the comfiest beds we've stayed in. Nice resort, bungalow clean, spaceous, well equipped, comfortable sleep, hot water in the shower, good working Wi-Fi. Various choices of breakfast. The top of it - the staff - excellent. We kindly asked the reception lady for help with finding a taxi that could take us to our next destination the next day. She found the taxi driver. We agreed upon the price. In an hour the lady knocked on our door to say that the driver is asking for additional payment on the top of agreed price. Then she dialed the phone number and talked to someone - we thought she tried to negotiate with the driver. Then she handed the phone to me. It was her manager. The manager lady apologized, saying that what the driver did was utterly unacceptable. She said that her company was going to sort out with someone else for agreed price. It wasn't their fault, they had nothing to apologize for - they just tried to help. I would recommend Wanathara resort to anyone. Nice place, nice people

The Imperial Hotel & Convention Centre Phitsanulok Phitsanulokはバスステーション、ピサヌローク市内中心部から車で10分に位置します。ヤシの木に囲まれ、屋外プール、スパを提供しています。 The Imperial Hotel & Convention Centre... とても広いです。ホテルの門から駐車場まで結構な距離があって広大なことがわかります。駐車場からフロントまで日陰がないところを少し歩きます。 ダブルルームを予約していたのですが、15時にチェックインした時点で空き部屋がないと言われて、ツインになりました。カードキーを受け取って部屋につくと、まだ清掃中でした。清掃員のメイドと話していると、しばらくするとフロントで対応してくれた女性が部屋まで来て、すみません部屋を間違えました、とメイドに謝罪していました。私にではありません。 彼女から私には何の一言もありませんでしたが、メイドは”すみませんでした”と、笑顔で言ってくれました。 メイドの笑顔は素晴らしいです。 部屋はとても広く、清潔で髪の毛１本も落ちていません。タイルではない木製の床板を素足で感じる心地よさとシャワージェルの香りが気に入りました。ダブルサイズではなく小さいベッドになってしまったけれど硬さはちょうど良いです。 ホテルは素晴らしいです。設備が整ったジムと大きなプールが気に入りました。１週間くらい滞在したいです。 朝食はホテルの規模と比較すると種類は少ないですが、ストロベリーヨーグルトとフレンチトーストが気に入りました。フレンチトーストは甘くないので砂糖を付けるともっと美味しくなります。コーヒーは何時間も煮詰めて酸っぱくなったものではなく、コーヒーマシンがあるので淹れたてが飲めます。 リゾートなので子供連れが多く、騒がしいときもありますが、総合的に良いと思います。
