2nd stay here, great location 2 min walk to the pretty beach. All amenities restaurant, massage and now a swimming pool. Stayed in yellow house which was clean and hot shower too if you need it. Good value for money and owners are lovely.

Nitiporn resort is a wonderful resort to stay on the Island and right on the beach and so lovely and quiet My bungalow was so lovely and spotlessly clean and so comfortable and all facilities were provided that you need and want I loved my open roof shower room The swimming pool is lovely too The staff are lovely Annie on reception is so helpful and sweet and always has a smile for you like all the staff I shall definitely be staying there again when I return to Koh Phayam Thank-you to you all 😍

The breakfast was Thai desserts. The location is outside the city - you need a car or motorcycle. The room was very, very clean. The bed is nice. There is a salt water swimming pool. The price is very good. But (... and I say this with good intentions - while giving a high score) it is probably not a good idea to keep chickens and roosters near the hotel room, unless you want that your customers get up at 4AM every day..... The owner is very kind. My general impression is very positive.
