Still trying to work out why this hotel is where it is, very remote location with little to nothing nearby. The staff are excellent from cooking breakfast to room maintenance, they do it all. One issue...we had room 210 for 8 days and the hotel was virtually empty and yet on two occasions they put guests in the room above us, and both times, the guests were extremely noisy, moving furniture at 11pm until midnight. Also, the hotel publicity material advertises that one of the beaches is 0.6km away...bit of a mistake there, it's not. Pool lovely, breakfast lovely, staff lovely. Just needs a tiny bit of polishing.

Guests can make use of the picnic area or the year-round outdoor pool, or enjoy views of the mountain and garden. Excellent location we could walk easily to the shops and restraurants. Entire property was always tidy not a leaf on the ground. The housekeeper was always helpful and very polite. Pool was always perfect for us. If we required a ride bolt was always available. Enjoyed the peace and quiet. Highly recommended.

Every wish realized before you told it. Great friendly staff, 30 seconds to the amazing beach, nice pool and a range of breakfast opportunities I’d never witnessed before (in resorts that league). Would love to come back!

The property is 35 km away from Ko Samed by boat. It is 2 hours away from Trat Airport by boat and car. A,real castaway island where you can forget about the world, total paradise. No roads , cars mopeds or noise only nature including lots of peacocks. The service staff were so lovely friendly, happy and helpful.

Featuring a patio with pool views, a private beach area and an infinity pool, Beach Penthouse - 3 BR, Jacuzzi, Marriott pool access can be found in Ban Ko Kok, close to Chakpong Beach and 3.1 km from Rayong Botanical Garden. This beachfront property offers access to a balcony, table tennis, free private parking and free WiFi. The apartment has a hot tub and a lift. A genuinely excellent stay. Plenty of space for us as a family of six including two small children. Access to all Marriott facilities a real positive and excellent for the kids. Beach access in about 150m up the quiet end of the Long Beach. Apartment is exceptionally clean and well set out and in a quiet part of Rayong. Great views from the balcony plus the kitchen has enough bits and pieces to get you started (cooking oil, spices etc). Small shop a 200m walk away. Parking available in a secure park or rent a scooter nearby to explore each of the nearby beach restaurants. The wider building and grounds has seen better days but work was being done to upgrade it while we were there and really it doesn’t matter with everything else so good. We just walked next door to the Marriott everyday to swim. Highly recommend and will return in the future.
