This was one of the best hotel stays we ever had! I cannot thank them enough for taking good care of everything that we needed even before we reached the hotel as there was series of delay on our flights. They were sooooo helpful in oh so many ways and will make you feel that everything is being taken cared of. They understand every situation and will do everything for their guests' comfort. Beautiful hotel which is in the heart of goreme. It’s still relatively in a flat location so you have easy access the main shops & restos. Hotel has a lot of charming nooks and crannies where you can just chill and hang out. Rooms are clean and breakfast is awesome with a view of the hot air balloons.

I have traveled so many places but I have to say that their service is absolutely the best you can get. Everyone is so kind and cheerful, they take good care of their guests. Location: great! Just 10 min walk to the city center. The breakfast was amazing! The hotel also had beautiful views; What truly made our stay pleasant was the staff! They were exceptionally kind and made a genuine effort to ensure a wonderful hospitality.

The hotel was at a very nice spot with easy access with the car and also on foot. The room was amazing, just like the pictures and was cleaned every day. There were free tea and coffee in the room.The staff was also very polite and helpful with everything. The spa was very nice and relaxing. The breakfast also was very good with lots of choices for any taste. We loved the whole experience!
