We loved our stay here! The hotel staff was fantastic at organizing a tour for us, the breakfast was great with lots of options, and the room was clean and cozy!

The stay was excellent. The structure is very unique, as carved inside the rock. So is the inside of the rooms. The breakfast is delicious, as cooked and brought to the tables when the client seat in the breakfast area. The staff is excellent, very helpful in particular for tours and transfers. The place is very clean and well organized. They also have a beautiful terrace from where you can take excellent pictures of Goreme and beyond. On the floor level, they have a beautiful garden with lovely pets, including a very friendly cat and a beautiful parrot who whistles when seeing someone approaching. What can I say more? Absolutely excellent experience.

Beautiful property. Great people. Emin is very helpful even though he is very busy. Gave us all the options for travel. We couldn’t choose coz of bad weather. They have a really beautiful restaurant also in the main area. The place is located very centrally. Highly recommended

Everything was excellent, our Superior Villa was the best choice of our Turkiye trip. The staff warm hospitality was the best throughout our holidays : Arif (the manager), Llyda (the receptionist), Daud (night shift) and Mustafa were just amazing. They’re so handful in everything and we can’t thank them enough for it. But what made our stay in Secret Hill Cave much more special : the resident dogs, 4 years old female mix breed (Latte), 3 years old female pug (Linda), 1 year old male pug (Pasha). These three are the best well behaved dogs ever ! Wish we can stay longer than 4 nights.. On our last day, we preferred to stay in the hotel so we can spent most of the day with them..

my friend and i have spent just 2 nights here and frankly i wish i could stay more, everything was great , clean and very well organized well situated , near to goreme center where you can go for a walk, have dinner , money exchange, bus station (to nevishir and from there you can go to the main sites) , the staff are very kind , respectful and helpful everyone at the reception special thanks to all of you , especially Berk and the lady who answered all my boring questions :) , thank you thank you i hope coming back to cappadocia and sleep at this hotel again 🙏

The hotel's convenient location and comprehensive amenities were complemented by the friendly and efficient staff, who arranged our airport transfer.

Its a beautiful place with all the bells and whistles. The rooms are comfortable, the spa is amazing, the restaurant is very good and the view from the terrace is beautiful. In my opinion, there is no better place to stay in Cappadocia!

Everything was perfect. The staff was really nice and helpfull. When we have the chance to visit cappadocia again we will book the same hotel for sure. I can just recommend it.

Wonderful accommodation in a perfect location, high on a hill, directly opposite the balloon launch site. Ideal for watching the balloons at sunrise. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the town centre. The rooms were very clean, spacious,comfortable and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the breakfast, it was different every morning and very tasty. Very good vegetarian options. The pool, although very small, was absolutely adequate,.to cool off on a hot day and relax with a wonderful view. Although the staff was quite reserved, all our needs were catered for. Special shoutout to Remzi on a reseption, he was very friendly and attentive, ready always to listen to our needs. I couldn't reccomend this hotel more and will stay there next time.

This is one of the best places where I have ever stayed. We stayed 3 nights, but I could have stayed in this Hotel for one week. The breakfast was AMAZING, so rich and fresh every morning. The staff was incredible, helpful with whatever request and the terrace was breathtaking. The room was also really, really nice. We enjoyed every moment here. If I am ever going back to Cappadocia, this is a place I would love to choose again.

The staff are the most helpful people. And of course their carpeted rooftop where you can see all the hot air balloons on sunrise up close!!! superb location!

We liked everything.....Highly recommend it. The view, drinks and atmosphere on the roof top was spectacular.

Situated up on a hill, with views of the city and only 2 minutes walk to town. Excellent breakfast included. Friendly owner and staff. The upkeep on the place is top notch, clean and luxurious.
