Pool, food, staff and everything was more than expected!

This was amazing summer vacation.The hotel was 10/10 with all thing that can you imagine and even more. Everything was perfect, from the staff to the food, service, and comfort.

Facilities, helpful and welcoming staff. Possibility to go in the afternoon to Rixos Hotel and experience their beach and facilities is a great advantage too.

Considering the price I paid, especially since I booked with a discount, it was definitely worth the money. My family and I really enjoyed our stay.

We were a little sceptical about staying here after reading some of the reviews, but as a family of five we were really pleasantly surprised. We stayed in a suite which was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There was a good selection of food, plenty of all-inclusive drinks, and a lovely swimming pool with two water slides. The kids also enjoyed the small park and mini disco. This is a family-owned hotel, and the owners were very pleasant and clearly work hard to maintain the property and make guests feel welcome. There’s also a handy little market on site. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and explore Alanya. We would also highly recommend the little unnamed market/restaurant directly across the road — the food was amazing, with a great selection of fresh handmade Turkish delights and souvenirs. One of the best parts of our stay was meeting some lovely people who we’ve now become friends with, which really added to the experience. Overall, we had a great family holiday and would happily recommend this hotel. Don’t be put off by some of the older reviews — our experience was very positive! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

New property, all clean , well maintained , the food is amazing!have a lot of choices, soups, meat, fish , vegetables,salads, sweets, fruits. Everything all very fresh and tasty .The hotel is 1 min walk to the nice sandy beach, have sun beds on the beach for free also for customers from Tolenza hotel.The bar team making nice cocktails, the service from all staff members is very good! We originally planned to stay for just one week, but we enjoyed our experience so much that we extended our stay to an entire month! Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food was excellent, with a great variety and high quality. The pool was beautiful and well maintained, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding. What made our stay truly special was the warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff made us feel at home from the very first day, and the overall environment was relaxing and enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and a wonderful holiday experience. We would be delighted to return in the future!

Everything in this hotel is at the highest level. The reception has amazing guys who are ready to help at any time of the day, organize a tour of Alanya, reserve a transfer for you, call a taxi, connect with another hotel, help rent a private car. Transfer to the city and the beach works several times a day and at a convenient time. The food is at the top level. Hearty breakfasts, lunch and dinner. Even afternoon tea. During two weeks our stay at the hotel, the food was never repeated. A huge selection of salads, cold appetizers, unique soups, different fruits and of course a lot of hot food. Drinks for everyone, both juices and hot drinks like tea, coffee and so on. Fantastic staff at the bar who manage get satisfied everyone of different alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. A special hello to the manager who seemed to not sleep at all. From early morning until late at night he could always be seen in the hotel courtyard. He not only managed the entire system but also actively participated and helped the staff both in the kitchen and outside. Cleaning is on point. The girls work very conscientiously and deliver everything that is needed. They do the job very cleanly. The pool workers work all day long. The pools are very clean and everything is in order every day. Thanks to all the staff in the person of the Manager, the Chef (I didn't ask his name, he had a loooooong head cover), the entire kitchen staff, the fantastic guy Taner (Pizzaman) who never stopped making pizzas, Okan, Bunyamin, Hasan (a bit older one), Hasan (a bityounger one at bar), Firat, Musa, Can, Ihsan, Selami and his replacement (I didn't remember his name unfortunately), Hussein, Yusuf and others (sorry, I didn't name anyone), you are all fantastic guys. Super!!!!!
