There are guest relations specialists on-site who are ready to assist with anything you need. The specialist who helped us during our stay was Shirin, who was attentive, full of good energy, and speaks Persian and English in addition to Turkish. The view from the rooftop, especially from the panorama room is just wonderful. Another point I really enjoyed was the decoration. We stayed in December, and the Christmas decorations were on point. Also, the food was amazing.

We came here just to relax after hiking 160km on Lycian way. We got exactly what we expected, probably more. Unbelievable that this entire hotel runs by one family and they are super friendly. You will feel like you are in a five-star hotel and the best thing is that they don't advertise it this way. I never give 10/10 on Booking.com, I slept in a lot of hotels in many countries and when Iam really satisfied I give 9/10 but now I must put 10! Everything was perfect, big shout out to whole Lyxos Hotel family, keep going! Dont ask anything and just go experience it yourself!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a one stunning 5-star all-inclusive hotel in Belek, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! Ela Excellence Resort Belek is set within a vast and picturesque landscape about 110000 sq/m, featuring lush gardens, serene walking paths, and stunning views: pine trees, ponds with fish, fountains, an Italian courtyard with various cafes and shops. There are plenty of spots to relax and soak up the sun, whether by the variety of pools or on the beach. The 300-meter-long sandy beach is located on a Mediterranean Sea area and has big 1000 sq/m pier. Hotel consists of a main 6-storey building with elevators, seven 2-storey villas and 20 Lake House cottages. Comfortable, spacious rooms, stylish modern design: huge comfortable bed, pillow menu, quality linen and air blankets. Capsule coffee machine, kettle, minibar, steamer, bathroom cosmetics: all necessary things to feel like at home! Plumbing grohe, duravit. Excellent sound insulation. High-quality cleaning of rooms. Very nice aroma in the hotel building! The level of service at this hotel is exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to assist. From check-in (thanks to Burak San for fast check-in) to check-out, we felt well taken care of. The attention to detail truly sets this resort apart. Assistants Nurkhan, Dana answered any question very quickly, were always in touch, helped us to make late check-out🙏 The food quality is outstanding, and the ambiance is perfect for a memorable meal. Variety of dishes in main restaurant is excellent, also there are many a la-carte restaurants, several bars, coffee. We visited Mexican (very nice steaks) and Italian restaurant( beef carpacco, Mushroom risotto, steaks were excellent): it was very delicious! Special thanks for service to Emilie from Main restaurant!

Titanic Mardan Palace is an excellent and beautiful hotel with a truly luxurious design. The overall experience was outstanding, and the hotel staff were kind and professional throughout our stay. I would like to give special thanks to Ms. Sabreen, who was exceptionally helpful. Upon checkout, my wife accidentally left her earrings behind—a situation that, in my long experience with hotels, usually ends without recovery. However, the next day, Ms. Sabreen personally contacted us to let us know that the housekeeping team had thankfully found the earrings and kept them safely in the lost and found. Thank you to the entire Titanic Mardan Palace team, and a heartfelt thanks to Ms. Sabreen for her honesty and care.

It's a wonderful hotel. There is everything for recreation and entertainment for both adults and children: a private beach, a playground on the beach, a heated pool and a shallow part for children, a water park with slides for adults and children, slot machines for children and adults, a SPA center with a Jacuzzi and pools. There are almost always places on the beach and by the pool. A beach with small pebbles, you can buy shoes for children. Good staff. Interesting shows in the evening. Not a bad meal. There are shops near the hotel.

The hotel was very nice overall. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with large wardrobes and plenty of storage space. The design of the hotel is beautiful and quite unique — it really stands out and creates a pleasant atmosphere. It’s located just a 2–3 minute walk from the beach, or you can take the cart that runs every 5 minutes, which is very convenient. The beach itself is comfortable, with plenty of sunbeds available.

Our holiday in Utopia was great. The food varied each day, the sea was warm and clean. The hotel is situated at the top of a hill, and the territory is covered by pine and palm trees. At night, you can also enjoy the lights of Alanya. We were a family of varying ages, and everyone found plenty to do.

I wouldn't advice travelling alone unless you only want to lay on the beach. Landing at the airport in Atlanta means you have a further 2 hours travelling by bus or taxi also on the return to Atlanta airport you need to give yourself good time to go through passport control and two security checks.

I had a wonderful stay at Kempinski Hotel The Dome Belek. The food was excellent, with a great variety of high-quality dishes, and the location is fantastic. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, creating a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. I've especially enjoyed the piano music played in the restaurant during both breakfast and dinner, creating a sophisticated and pleasant ambiance. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. I was also impressed by the comfortable sun loungers both around the pools and on the beach. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and the high-quality pillows and bedding ensured a great night's sleep. Overall, this is a beautiful resort that combines comfort, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere. I would gladly return and highly recommend it.

Side is our absolute favourite place and we visit 3 times a year — we honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. The atmosphere is amazing, the people are so welcoming, and the ancient ruins are absolutely stunning. It feels like a second home to us now.

A beautiful small town before Antalya. Driving down from Izmir through D400, you get to experience the beautiful Mediterranean Sea on the right of the vehicle... we get to experience the sunset when reaching and the view was breathtaking. The town is pack with resturants/ cafe and a couple of supermarket. In early April, its less touristy when there.

The hotel was amazing, really clean, lots of lovely detail and small touches (musicians as you enter evening meal for example), plenty of sunbeds, food was good, and various places to eat so plenty of variety. The entertainment was good on an evening. My only negative, and turned out to be quite major to me, was that the majority of the waiter /bar staff didn't seem like they wanted to be there (I mean it's work they probably didn't). No one really looked up as you ordered a drink, no one really said 'hi can I help, what would you like?' I just found it really unfriendly. My partner and I always tip throughout holidays but there was no one I felt I wanted to, apart from a young lad Can on the beach bar, he was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. He should really train the others how to smile. As we arrived at the hotel we had an amazing welcome, but as we left the guy at reception took the keys said 'thanks' and walked off, not, 'I hope you have had a lovely stay, hope to see you again' - nothing, just walked away. I wouldn't stop me raving about the hotel but it seemed to put a grey cloud over our experience which was a shame. Let's hope they put young Can on staff training for others to learn from him.

The hotel room was very clean and spacious.

The hotel room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent — well above my expectations. The entertainment team was fun and friendly, and the activities they organized at the hotel were a nice addition during the day. Having a Starbucks on-site was also a great bonus. The only thing I would note is that if you’re looking for a beach or swimming holiday, this might not be the right hotel for you due to its narrow beach area and the limited swimming space in the sea. Overall, it’s an excellent value-for-money hotel.

It's a beautiful relaxing location, with easy access to...

It's a beautiful relaxing location, with easy access to Olympos and Mount Chimera. Be careful, prices are high similar to big European cities. Eating on the 'high street' at places like Ceylan, Cemils or Lemon Cafe are more reasonable options. If you drive to the main road, things will become much cheaper.

It is, without debate, one of the prettiest small ports and...

It is, without debate, one of the prettiest small ports and towns in the entire country, and very easy to walk round... and with many older side streets full of decent shops and restaurants. But it does have one big hill, though most of everything that is so good is down by the harbour - and the sea views are superb from almost every level.

The cable car or Teleferik as well as Damlatas cave were our favorite places to visit as well as Kahve Dunesi, a small coffee restaurant in the middle of Cleopatra's beach. A park with gymnastic equipment and a very informative program for children, a long walking area along the entire Cleopatra beach. A very interesting place is the Marina next to the Red Tower, where it is also very nice to walk. Alanya is an ideal place for a perfect vacation at the sea. In my opinion, the ideal time to stay in Alanya is the end of September and the first half of October.
