Everything was perfect. Except one thing the room does not come with iron!! I cannot use iron to use it for my clothes and when I called to request one they’re telling me you are getting the iron for only 20 minutes and then you’ll have to return it sometime. I ordered the iron and nobody bring it for me nobody even called to tell me they will not.

The hotel is quite new, stylish, cozy, everything is within easy reach. I liked the pool area, the view is very nice, the rooms are tidy, everything is fine. To the center of Alanya about 10 km, taxi about 14 eur. The food is delicious, the cocktails are good. The staff really friendly. Maybe in the room could be small irons. And the most important if the assortment of breakfast could change at lecouple of days, because on the third day, you don't want to eat the same thing, no matter how tasty it is. I really liked swimming - pool, beautiful view, rocks. I liked it and would recommend it.

How i can thank you for that wonderful vacation we have? Best hotel i visit.. I went to Rixos Premium , Titanic Lara, Limak Lara and others but all of them aren't close to ETHNO BELEK.. The atmosphere, the place vibes, Kids club ( it's another Level), the stuff all over the hotel and everything.. Best hotel at Belek.. I don't know what to say.. It was the most incredible vacation in my life. I had a great time in Alicra Çıralı, furthermore, the most relaxing and peaceful times of my whole life. I will never forget this serenity, the idyllic atmosphere. Personal is very friendly, making everything to make you feel at home. I will definitely visit that place every year and I recommend everyone, who need a little bit peace and who want to get rid of stress. There's also nothing to say for the incredible beach, which is very close to the hotel.

This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. The hotel has 4 stars, but surpasses many 5-star hotels. Stylish, every detail is thought out. Amazing, varied food for every taste. The rooms are spacious, beautifully furnished, with a cozy balcony/terrace and very comfortable beds. The staff knows their job well. There are always free sunbeds, because the hotel does not allow them to be reserved, and this is a very good decision. We really appreciated the peace when there is no music playing all day or shouting animators by the pool or on the beach. In the evenings we enjoyed different live bands. It was a real rest for body and soul, we will definitely come back in the near future. We highly recommend Balmy Beach Resort!

I liked everything - from room, food, kids club to terriotory and pools. Terriotory is green, well designed; pools are clean - there is one heated pool, others are not; kids pool is heated also. Main purpose to come was amazing kids club - and it was worth it. Big building with variaty of rooms and activities, great outdoor playground, friendly animators who are great with kids. My kids went there for full day and dis not want to leave.

The hotel was very nice overall. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with large wardrobes and plenty of storage space. The design of the hotel is beautiful and quite unique — it really stands out and creates a pleasant atmosphere. It’s located just a 2–3 minute walk from the beach, or you can take the cart that runs every 5 minutes, which is very convenient. The beach itself is comfortable, with plenty of sunbeds available.

We never made it to the town centre as we were on a short break. Land of Legends is what most people come for. Our Grandchildren loved the park. The shopping centre is first class with a huge range of shops to choose from. There are some excellent restaurants, with prices to suit most budgets. The light and water shows in the centre were fantastic.

The cable car or Teleferik as well as Damlatas cave were our favorite places to visit as well as Kahve Dunesi, a small coffee restaurant in the middle of Cleopatra's beach. A park with gymnastic equipment and a very informative program for children, a long walking area along the entire Cleopatra beach. A very interesting place is the Marina next to the Red Tower, where it is also very nice to walk. Alanya is an ideal place for a perfect vacation at the sea. In my opinion, the ideal time to stay in Alanya is the end of September and the first half of October.

Even though it was very quiet - not surprising for New Year...

Even though it was very quiet - not surprising for New Year - the town of Side really gives you somewhere outside the all-inclusive resort to go. The ancient theatre and temple of Apollo, as well as an attractive town, are well worth the 20-30 minute walk down the seafront - bracing in a January gale, scorching in the August sun!

Kemer is a beautiful costal region with stunning mountains, the centre has lots of shops for exploring, some nice cafes (Mokka cafe is the best with a lovely rooftop area) also great for shopping & if you want food etc. we felt very safe walking around as most shops are open until very late.

Çıralı is a beautiful place surrounded by nature.

Çıralı is a beautiful place surrounded by nature. It has a very long beach, and while the sea can be wavy at times, it's generally calm and clear. You can view sunrise from sea. It's a great place for walking. It can get very crowded in midsummer but beach is long and wide, so it's not a problem, however traffic can get mixed up on the narrow roads in the summer. The smoke coming from barbecues is not good in the evenings. There are sometimes power outages, and the hotel diesel generators produce bad smoke during these times.

We had a short visit in January to view properties.

We had a short visit in January to view properties. The weather was typical of January so no shocks there. (still warmer than Uk). Very little is open in Old Town as expected but there are still a few restaurants and bars offering the typical Kalkan hospitality. Not much to do during the day but lovely to walk around the old town, along the harbour and down to the beach, then into a restaurant bar for a cold drink and a fabulous hot meal at one of our favourites - The Doy Doy. We also ate in Aqua in Kalamar, where we were staying. Again delicious food and a cosy bar for the night. Some nights we finished the evening at the Mini Bar in Old Town for drinks. Recommend them all!

Overall, everything was wonderful, especially the family-friendly concept. The only minor drawbacks were that the pool water was cold and the beds were too soft, which could be improved. Still, I truly enjoyed my stay and will definitely return on my next trip.
