United KingdomAmazing facilities, pretty much catering for anything you can think of. Food options were plentiful, with no issues booking the a la carte options we wanted, when we wanted. Amazing bakery and chocolate shop. The buffet itself is the most extensive I have seen and is not your typical buffet, with top quality meat / fish cooked to order. The hotel had a number of heated pools, with different vibes, and we especially liked the beach bar and restaurant. Friday night entertainment (Cuba night) was fantastic with a truly awesome cuban band and real festival feel. For the health conscious, there are two fitness centres one of which is brand new and has the biggest array of premium technogym equipment I have seen. You won’t be disappointed.

We have at the moment our "main" pool are heated, "activity" pool are heated, +16 adult pool are heated, in aquapark side our kids pool are heated.
