Everything was perfect. Amazing location, absolutely spotless clean. Breakfast was very nice, served in the terrace. Coffee drinks were fantastic; cocktails also. All staff, and specially Mustafa, were very welcoming, polite and helpful, always smiling. We would recommend this hotel and if we come back to Side, we'll definitely stay here again.

The experience was fantastic. The hotel is not too big, but maybe that's the point. You feel at home, maybe even more than that because the staff is constantly serving you, looking after you, the hotel manager Savas goes around the entire hotel, even the beach, and checks if everything is okay and if anyone is missing something. And so on every day. He helped us with a minor health problem, but also successfully arranged a second taxi, because the first one we booked in our own arrangement for transportation from the hotel to the airport did not show up, which saved us from missing our flight. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the food is good, something for everyone, there are enough sun loungers on the beach and despite the fact that there is no bar on it, they serve water, drinks, sandwiches, fruit and ice cream. The animation team always somehow manages to persuade you and include you in one of the many activities. And despite the many activities offered, the hotel is quiet so you can read a book in peace. All of this together is obviously the reason why people keep coming back here. P. S. Don't hesitate to ask for another pillow, they even have orthopedic ones!

Another amazing stay at Barut Hemara. It was my second visit and was just as good as my first. The staff are great, very attentive and keen for you to enjoy your holiday, the facilities are brilliant (we particularly liked the garden gazebos and the indoor jacuzzi) and the restaurants are exceptional. I would absolutely come back for a third stay.

Aura Boutique Hotel was a great place to stay. The location is excellent, close to main spots but still quiet. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Even though it was very quiet - not surprising for New Year...

Even though it was very quiet - not surprising for New Year - the town of Side really gives you somewhere outside the all-inclusive resort to go. The ancient theatre and temple of Apollo, as well as an attractive town, are well worth the 20-30 minute walk down the seafront - bracing in a January gale, scorching in the August sun!

Loved walking along to SIDE, Temple of Apollo was lovely as...

Loved walking along to SIDE, Temple of Apollo was lovely as was all the other ancient ruins. Was a bit disappointed that could not go into the amphitheatre in SIDE as work was being undertaken. Walking along the promenade area was nice, looking at the ships going in/out and was not inundated with people trying to sell their goods.

The place is full of history, everytime you go back there is...

The place is full of history, everytime you go back there is more of what the archaeologists are finding to enhance and add to the history of the place,it truly is a beautiful part of turkey and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in history and culture 😀

Beach very busy, but hotels nearly all have their own private area. Beach front walk takes you into the centre, where there are good cafes and restaurants, and ancient monuments and ruins of interest.

Side, is amazing ish….

Side, is amazing ish….Sadly it’s over commercialised and a day is enough as the ruins are just OK..ish. Benidorm here we come. Prices through the roof. Sadly egged well over the pudding unless you are an over tattooed getting all messed up. Sorry Turkey. Again. Rip off Turkey.

5th time in Side.

5th time in Side. Much quieter this year and prices definitely increasing. It’s dominated by all inclusive hotels, so the beaches are packed during the day but the main walkway to the old town is pretty quiet. Restaurant choices good but everywhere seems to charge a standard price for food, no matter the type of restaurant, Lots of shopping, local goods and of course fakes. Will probably give Side a miss now for the next few years but hopefully you enjoy it as much as we have over the years.

My second time visiting side this year and second time at Blue Serenity, excellent experience, owners and staff are great and will help with any requests or suggestions for the best restaurants and places to visit, hotel also has a shuttle service to a local beach leaving at two times in morning and to bring you back at two times in late afternoon, is in an exellant location to explore old town and close to Saturday market,.

Exciting and fun hotel. Excellent and extremely attentive service in all areas of the hotel. A world-class gastronomic experience and journey. You can also get to know Turkey through food! Super and comfortable beach and pool. The hotel is spacious, not crowded even in the summer season. I really recommend it to everyone.

The cleaning staff did a great job, and the food at the canteen/restaurant was ok. There are plenty of activities, which was great. Way more than at other all inclusive hotels. Very nicely decorated.
