Comfortable and very well-decorated hotel, where you could always see the concern for the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. I would highlight the efficiency of the air conditioning in the rooms. The quality of the food at the restaurant was really good and with a wide variety of options, making it one of the hotels where I ate best. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The beach was sandy and very close to the hotel with a reserved area, including loungers and umbrellas, and it was possible to access the hotel's wifi. I loved the foam party in the pool. I also found positive the hotel having a medical post.

This was our second visit the the Andiz, we loved it the first time and it didn’t disappoint the second time. I’m literally going to say what everyone else says, the staff are so friendly they make you feel like family, a lot of guests are returning so you know people already. It really is a special hotel with such a relaxed feeling. Savas the manager walks round the whole hotel all day long, chatting with the guests and making people feel comfortable. Halit runs his bar so well, always a hub for a good chin wag and a cocktail. I could write about every member of staff but they are all very good at their job and that starts at the top and filters down. The rooms are very comfortable, the food is good, drinks good, location great for a walk on the prom or a walk into Side. Roof top bar is a great place to watch the sunset and there is a new terrace bar with beautiful palms and ambient lighting where you can sit by day and bask in the sunshine or have pre/post dinner drinks. We had a massage package this year, very good, can highly recommend. To sum up from a fussy traveller, it’s fabulous!

The property has everything you need to have a beautiful stay, the pools (private pool you have just a few steps from your bed is especially amazing), spacious green areas with wonderful trees and flowers, very nice sand beach and amazing spa you should definitely pay a visit. Service was great, there is no thing that you could possibly need that you can’t get. Food was delicious in every restaurant, great choice of cheese, salads, sweets, you name it. We were very happy we stayed in Arum during the season's end.The atmosphere was verry relaxed, no fuss, no crouds. The hotel is first rate in every aspect: accommodation, personnell, premises... and the food was best ever. The selection was unbeievable as was the taste. A great hotel in a vibrant part of the town. Staff both in the hotel and restaurant were very friendly and helpful, there is car parking in the streets close by. Breakfasts were served and I used this area to hook up to the hotel wifi.

great location, very close to both beach and centre of resort town. room/suite is very spacious and clean. the resort overall is very well managed with good facilities. at the same time not too big to feel too crowded or noisy. Also there are plenty of free parking for our rental car. recommend to anyone looking for a good holiday near Side.
