Our family of 4 went to the Turkish Riviera for a week; 2 adults and 2 little kids looking for a vibrant, homely location where we can park a car and enjoy the local goodies and a larger apartment than what you would have in an all-inclusive hotel, albeit still being a neat one. We did find it in Han Apart!! First of all, it's in a genuinely great location. We were ~150 metres away from the private beach, with view for multiple nighttime shows, but the area isn't overly loud and the kids can sleep well(adults too, if they want to). The apartment itself is cozy, well-designed and spacious with a great balcony. Staff demeanor is very welcoming 😊 Right at the sweet spot what you don't find intrusive, yet you still feel it's their goal to make you feel good. The owner, Şükriye, has a warm approach, remembers your wants and needs and makes sure they are met as soon as possible. She always takes special care of the kids! There's a boutiqe and beach shop attached, with many options to eat out, browse wares and have fun all-day round. With a large and a small pool, entrance in front and back, clean surfaces and kind people all around - we really had a great time and hope to get back soon 🙂

Everything was perfect. Amazing location, absolutely spotless clean. Breakfast was very nice, served in the terrace. Coffee drinks were fantastic; cocktails also. All staff, and specially Mustafa, were very welcoming, polite and helpful, always smiling. We would recommend this hotel and if we come back to Side, we'll definitely stay here again.

This was a new and modern hotel, with impeccably clean rooms (shout out to the great cleaner on floor 3 👏🏼😊). The hotel is situated just 4 or 5 minutes walk from the beach, which is well signposted. The bar staff were always friendly and the animators full of energy. Thanks for a great 10 days!

This is the best hotel in Turkey where I have ever stayed. The beach is great and there is a pine forest behind the hotel. The territory is large, very beautiful and well planned. There are areas for adults and separate areas for families with children. Smoking is allowed in the areas for adults, but not many people smoke there. The rooms are clean and all the equipment works perfectly. The food is amazing, and there is also food for people with special diets. The alcohol is good quality. The red wine is local but very good. There is Martell and Hennessy cognac in the bars. A taxi to Side costs about 12 euros, to Antalya airport about 30 euros.

This four star hotel is like a smaller version of a five star hotel. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. Everything is clean and tidy. The selection of food is sufficient and there are new options every day. There is about 4 km long promenade by the sea near the hotel that leads to the old town of Side. The promenade is a good place to walk or run. The hotel's beach is well maintained, the sunbeds are clean and drinks, ice cream and fruit are offered. The hotel has a really nice atmosphere, the interior design has a Scandinavian flavor which I loved. Beside the nice interior, the pool areas are also elegant and stylish. The exceptional garden area also worth mentioning which I think is unique in the area. Little 'green islands' to chill on the way to the beach, which is also very nice. The coast is sandy but in the sea there are rocks to watch out. There was a good selection of good quality food for every meal, although we often skipped the lunch and had some snacks instead. The staff is very friendly, I enjoyed the sport activities and the games. Thank you! :)

The hotel is designed to accommodate different types of guests. We were with small kids and everything was wonderful- the attention they were getting at the kids zone, the pools, the watersides, the food! We were particularly happy with Erkan among the waiters in the restaurant and Tony at the games. The food was amazing, especially for the end of the Ramadan. There was a nice foam party at the pool followed by great karaoke party, different sorts of entertainment every night. Kids loved it! It’s the second Barut hotel for us and it is again great!

We have never felt so comfortable anywhere else❤️ The place is beautiful, a little off the beaten track, away from the street and the hustle and bustle, yet only 15 minutes from the beach, so it's really decent.
