After travelling for sometime in Turkey it was a treat to have a washer/ dryer, clothesline etc. The property is very clean, spacious & staff were helpful. The location is good & within easy walking distance to Marina, eating places etc

Good value guest house with friendly staff and good breakfast. Good location in Kas...only thing was they could put a duvet or blankets on the bed as was cold in the night...everything else was clean and comfortable.

Lyxos is a hidden gem. It has not even completed its first year of operations but the service is already at the highest level. The family owning this hotel is a fantastic team who has made Lyxos to a place where guests are getting the best treat. The views are overwhelming. Try room Zeus 01 with its 180 degrees seaview and you will be stunned.

Amazing room with great views. Just need a car or scooter to be around. Plenty of shops and cafes in a driving range. The breakfast could have been better.

It’s super close to everywhere

The hotel has an amazing view, it is connected to a restaurant that always has great food and most importantly, staff is very helpful and genuinely nice!

Place was clean and comfortable. Close walk8ng distance to all amenities. Breakfast with an excellent view of the Mediterranean was great and staff very helpful, thanks guys will highly recommend this place.

The hotel has a great location with stunning sea views and its own beach, which is a strong argument in favor of this hotel when choosing accommodation in Kas. The hotel has a very well-kept area with various cozy places where you can comfortably settle down and enjoy life. I would also like to note the very friendly and always ready to help hotel staff.

We had a wonderful stay. The view was beautiful, the hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the food was amazing. It was exactly what I needed to relax and forget about city life for a while. From the first day, I was really happy with my choice. Nice room, clean and good light. Materials were nice, room service good. Chef during breakfast was very oriented to detail and very pleasing, and so was the host during breakfast - thank you for the kind attention. Breakfast selection was nice. Access to hotel was easy, good walking area.

I love having breakfast on the terrace with a view of the mountains and the sea and you feel like you're in paradise on earth. Even when the muezzin sounds, it creates a wonderful atmosphere. The breakfast is lovingly prepared with all kinds of local specialties and I always found everything super tasty. The staff are very, very nice. The location is great in the center and you can reach everything very quickly. The design of the rooms and the whole house is unique and colorful.

Everything is great. Just the premises need renovation, and cozy . The staff is top-notch — they help with all questions.
